Frédéric was very welcoming, the accommodation was new and very clean. We had a great weekend and the kids loved the large garden and the heated pool. The games room offers a multitude of activities: table football, board games, TV area, etc. We'll be happy to go back!

A very beautiful family farmhouse in the countryside, in a quiet location, 15 minutes from Sens. Full of charm and very well maintained, it is a true haven of peace with family and/or friends. Plethoric and quality equipment, very large swimming pool, terrace in the shade in front of the house and overlooking the pool. Responsive and thoughtful host. We feel good there, only one regret: leaving. Thank you Florence

Corinne was a lovely, friendly lady and her place was beautiful, full of character. We asked for a desk and chair for working and that was no problem. We love the bbq and that was supplied with charcoal etc. The kitchen very well stocked. We will return next year.

We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We were delighted with the spaciousness of the rooms. We were able to sit together at the table indoors and outdoors, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We used the pool and were able to create a cinema evening thanks to the screen and projector. Bertrand was very helpful

Our stay at Laure and Frédéric's place was great. The farmhouse is nice and the location was very quiet. Perfect for breathing in transit!

This small duplex is really very warm, very well equipped, you feel at home... even better! The original decoration adds a nice touch. And the bedding is royal: I slept well!!!

We spent 2 nights with our 3 kids, including a baby. The stay went very well: baby furniture, beds etc great! Central neighborhood, 5min walk to the historic city center. Parking nearby with plenty of space and easy to find.

Very nice and bright accommodation. There is all the necessary equipment for 4 people. You are 200 m from a Leclerc centre and 15 min walk from the centre of Auxerre. You can therefore do everything on foot once the car is back in the garage. Everything was clean and matched the photos well. Fabien is very welcoming, pleasant and very responsive. We came to Mathilde and Jean-Baptiste's accommodation for the second time. It corresponds in every way to what we needed for a weekend with 2 families with children. It is in accordance with the descriptions and is very well equipped, with storage spaces. Mathilde is very friendly and responsive to messages. We hope to be back!!

Owners available and responsive; accommodation well suited to 3 couples and 6 children (be careful of the height of some beams for very tall people). Furniture in number. Possibility of parking 2 cars in the private courtyard and 2 outside in front of the cottage. Proximity to Auxerre; wooded environment with cool walks in the undergrowth. In the village: 1 bakery, 1 pharmacy, 1 bar and tobacconist. We therefore recommend this cottage; thank you.

Accommodation was very well furnished and new. The cottage was closed on the property with lots of privacy. Private safe parking space on enclosed property. Kitchen was well furnished.
