My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Piscarěa, Procida

Located in the colorful Marina della Corricella, Piscārĭa was a fisherman's house, now fully renewed. Chiaia's Cottage

Casetta Chiaia is situated on the beach (whose name is the same as the house). You just have to open the door to find your selves on the sand! The position is strategic, close to bus stops, private beaches, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. The historical center of Forio is a 10-minute walk away from the house and San Francesco's beach is even closer.

Lovely studio apartment a few steps from the sea . Located inside a property whose properties date back to '700 and '800 has been renovated keeping all the original elements. The stone arches, basilicas and ancient hand-painted tiles preserve intact the charm of time.
