Nice completely renovated 35 m2 apartment located at the foot of the Vaugueux (historic district). Close to all shops (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, bars, shopping) and public transport (tram, bus). The train station is 1 km away. Paid parking spaces during the day at the foot of the building. Great for a stay to discover the city (marina, ducal castle, Ladies' Abbey) A market is held every Sunday in front of the accommodation, very pleasant on sunny days!

3 bedrooms, 2 showers, 1 toilet. Ideal for spending one or two nights for 8-10 people. Extra sofa bed and not convertible. 3rd floor without elevator, great view of the marina canal. Right in the city center, close to restaurants, bars. 400 meters from the train station, close to public transport and the Cargo. Lots of amenities (Senseo coffee maker, iron, hair dryer… baby equipment on request..)
