The "Villa au petit bonheur" is a quiet hamlet house, completely renovated, 10 min from Nérac and Condom, and 35 min from Agen. Private heated pool, shaded terrace under pergola with garden furniture, BBQ, ping-pong, darts, petanque court... It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and 2 bunk beds for max 8/10 people. A perfect location to enjoy the calm of the countryside and the amenities of the surrounding tourist towns and villages.

For a stopover, a break, make yourself comfortable in this unique and tranquil place. Consisting of a bedroom with office and sitting area, a living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen. Private toilet and shower room. Possibility of access to the pool in summer, in the heart of the countryside. Breakfast possible by reservation and depending on availability. Finders Keepers France is an ADULTS ONLY Camping and Glamping retreat situated at a non-working French Farm. Encased in 16 Acres of rural grounds and with a 3 Acre fresh water lake, you will feel alone and surrounded by nature. Despite its rural peaceful setting the site is close to the towns of Nerac and Condom. Marcadis Gite offers comfort whilst having the opportunity to use all of the facilities available within the camping site.

Located near Condom with all its amenities (shops, pharmacy, doctors), the Colombard cottage is the perfect place to discover Gascony. This 75 m² fully renovated accommodation, adjoining the owners' house, is equipped with all comforts (Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher). On site, board games, books and toys for family fun. You will enjoy the private garden with terrace, surrounded by fields and vines. Quiet awaits you.

Gîte at Marie and Franck's

This cottage is located in a small, quiet and peaceful hamlet at the gates of the Landes in the Gascogne area bordering the Gers. We will be delighted to welcome you in a simple and respectful manner. Lou Chibaou equestrian center is 1 km away, Cap Cauderoue tree climbing is 4 km away as well as Golf d'Albret. Nearby are the Moulin des Tours, the Château d'Henry IV, La Bastide de Vianne and the Ludoparc.

Gite La Sablère, bottom

Our gite is a warm house of 100 m2, at the beginning of the departmental 119 but once the gate is closed it can be quickly forgotten. It is reserved exclusively for rent, with a large private car park, decorated simply but to our taste. We live right next door, which allows us to be available quickly on request and to intervene in case of a problem or organized gathering.
