On the ground floor, you will find a large atypical living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, American fridge) as well as 3 bedrooms. The floor includes a cozy living room with bar as well as 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. A basement with kitchen, games and swimming pool and a beautiful exterior awaits you, with a garden lounge, petanque court.

We are located in Eu in the heart of the 3 sister cities, Eu royal town with its castle, Le Tréport fishing port with its cliffs and Mers-les-Bains seaside resort gateway to the Bay of Somme. Our property is located on the hiking trail – bike path. We are between town and country, on one side you can walk on the hiking trails and the working gardens bordered by the river, and on the other walk to the city center to visit the castle and the collegiate church 600 m away.

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
