We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Calm, tranquility and disconnection guaranteed (with good Wifi anyway ;)) In the village, a farm (champs Romet) offers organic fruit/vegetables, meat and local groceries (Friday to Sunday). The charming villages of La Perrière and Bellême are 10 minutes away by car.
