Located close to all amenities , ( shops, tobacco, etc.) and accessible with two bus stops at the front and back, 5 min from the tram, the studio is in a quiet residential building, secure on the 3rd floor with elevator. I was visiting Le Mans with a friend for the 24h Le Mans. We were delayed driving to Albans place, but he was very accomodating, and met us personally even though we arrived really late. He offerend a parking spot in an underground garage, and the apparment was as described and perfectly fit our need during our short stay. Thank you!

Perfect for me. I stayed a few days at Hervé's alone. The home is well placed. Don't be put off by the rather shabby entrance, as the building is very old. The accommodation has been completely redone. I loved the west-facing terrace overlooking these pretty Sarthe roofs opposite the street. Thank you also for all the equipment, it's perfect for someone who comes by train and can't carry a lot of things. Thank you

Elisa's accommodation allowed us to attend the Moto GP in great conditions. the tram is located less than 5 minutes' walk away and allows you to move around the city without using your car. the accommodation is ideally located in the old Mans. we will gladly go back.

My husband, our two adult daughters and I spent a very comfortable stay during the Le Mans Classique. The location was convenient to the tram for the event and a very short walk to the Cathedral and Medieval town. There is a grocery store, pharmacy and boulangerie within a 5 minute walk. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking complete meals, the beds were comfortable and clean. We loved having meals and drinks on the balcony. I highly recommend a stay!

"Big House" Le Mans track (19km)

The house was beautiful, full of history and character. With a well stocked kitchen - we cooked a wonderful dinner party for 15 here. There is a garage for storage which came in handy. Francoise and her husband were consummate hosts and were kind enough to cook for us a few nights when we were all super tired after Le Mans. I would not hesitate to return.

We had a nice weekend with the family despite average weather (we would have liked to enjoy the outdoors more). The cottages are well equipped (kitchen, room, bathrooms and bedrooms with sheets provided). The pool and games are a plus, a real pleasure for children. Good place if you want to have a peaceful time.
