Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es ein Café und Restaurants. Zum Meer muss man nur über die Straße. Ich kann diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Séjour exceptionnel grâce à Marwa ! Nous avons eu notre vol annulé à la dernière minute, et malgré l’imprévu, Marwa a été incroyablement réactive et bienveillante. Nous l’avons contactée vers 7h du matin et à 8h30, tout était organisé ! À 9h30, nous étions déjà dans l’appartement. Elle est même venue nous chercher à l’aéroport et nous a proposé une petite visite de Monastir avant de nous installer. L’appartement est exactement comme sur les photos : tout neuf, super propre, très bien équipé et agréable à vivre. Et cerise sur le gâteau : après avoir accidentellement claqué la porte en laissant les clés à l’intérieur, Marwa est arrivée à peine 5 minutes après notre appel pour nous dépanner, toujours avec le sourire ! Un immense merci à elle pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et son accueil. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement à Sousse ! Le logement est impeccable sur tous les points : très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, extrêmement propre et parfaitement situé, à proximité de tout (plage, commerces, restaurants). L’immeuble est sécurisé, ce qui permet de se sentir en totale confiance. L’hôte a été exemplaire : très réactif, disponible, chaleureux et toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils pour découvrir la région dans les meilleures conditions. C’est vraiment un lieu que je recommande les yeux fermés, que ce soit pour un court ou un long séjour. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter lors d’un prochain passage à Sousse ! Encore merci pour cette belle expérience !

Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Mr Abdelkader pour ce merveilleux séjour. L’appartement était impeccable, confortable et parfaitement conforme à la description. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil attentionné, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de mon hôte tout au long du séjour : il est toujours au RDV . This apartment was fantastic! It was impeccably clean and provided a wonderfully quiet atmosphere, making for a very peaceful stay. The furniture was in great condition and well-appointed. I also felt very secure during my time there. Being located on the 2nd floor was manageable, even without an elevator. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely not hesitate to rent this apartment again in the future. Highly recommended!

Herr Bachar ist ein sehr freundlicher, angenehmer und sympathischer Mann. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Lage optimal. Ich empfehle die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! La communication avec l'hôte a été claire et rapide, ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée. Il s'est montré très respectueux et chaleureux, prenant le temps de bien nous expliquer tout ce qu'il fallait savoir. L'appartement est lumineux, parfaitement équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Avec deux lits personnels et un lit double, il est idéal pour un groupe de 4 personnes. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement :))

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La villa est très spacieuse et agréable à de pas de la plage … Villa entièrement meublée avec soins, piscine entretenu tous les jours il ne manque rien pour passé un agréable séjour. Merci à Ramzi pour ça gentillesse et toujours disponible je recommande

Logement loin du tumulte de la ville, il est bien équipé. Nous étions de passage pour une nuit, la présence de la piscine en été doit être très agréable.

Miss Douja was so kind and helpful to my friends and me. The Villa is right by the ocean and walking distance to great restaurants along the marina. We loved staying at the house and eating at the restaurant she recommended. It is a great spot to stay at while visiting Monastir!

The villa was amazing. The hosts are very welcoming: they took us to the airport, left some food at the villa, suggested restaurants... The villa was big, very clean, in a safe neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this place. We are very happy to have chosen it!

Lovely villa right next to the beach with beautiful views of the sea. The rooftop is a stand out, and the barbecue in the back garden was amazing for cooking all the fresh seafood you can find in the local fishmongers. Do bear in mind that during Ramadan, Hergla restaurants aren’t really open even for dinner, so come ready to cook (supermarkets, greengrocers, butchers etc open as normal). Maher is a great host and very responsive.

My friend and I enjoyed every minute spent in khalil’s house ! It was safe, clean and cozy. Khalil is very helpful and responsive. And his mother is incredibly friendly and nice. I would highly recommend khallol’s house if anyone wants to visit soussa!

Es war wie beschrieben und die Lage war ruhig. Nette Menschen und ein Kiosk der zu Fuß schnell erreichbar ist. Mohamed ist sehr nett und hat sofort geholfen als wir fragen hatten. Im großen und Ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden.

My friends and I had a lovely stay! Really nice location within walking distance to a quiet beach. The apartment was clean and had all the basics. Bassem was very helpful and arranged a ride for us from Tunis to Sousse which was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this apartment!

One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

Marwan is a great host, he will do his best to help you if you need anything during your stay. The place is very pleasant, especially for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the sea, admire the sunrise and walk on the white sand of long beaches.

This was by far the best Airbnb I've stayed at in Tunisia. It's even better than in the photos, very clean, comfortable, and perfect for both relaxing and working remotely. The bed is excellent, and the apartment is in the best area of Sousse, surrounded by lots of cafés and restaurants. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. They welcomed me personally, showed me around the apartment, and even took me to the bus station at the end of my stay. I'll definitely book the same place again when I return to Sousse. Highly recommended!
