Mon logement, totalement rénové en 2025, est proche de la plage (100m), du port de plaisance de monastir (locations de bateaux) , du ribat (forteresse médiévale) , des restaurants, bars-lounges, café-glaciers, du centre de plongée et du golf. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour la luminosité, la vue sur mer et sur le ribat, les 2 belles terrasses ayant des expositions différentes . Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaire.

Calm, tranquility and soothing facing the sea

50 meters from the sea and offering a direct sea view, these two apartments are located about ten kilometers from Mahdia and 5 kilometers from Rejiche. The beach in front of the house is family-friendly and far from the tourist concentration. Both apartments are new and have just been delivered. They are equipped with all the necessary amenities (air conditioning, television, fridge, washing machine, equipped kitchen, new bedding, terraces with sea view...).

Cozy apartment ideal for couples. In the heart of the city of Monastir, cafes and restaurants nearby, close to the airport is about 15 minutes by car. You can also take the train for a dinar, and the train station is close to the apartment, about a 3-minute walk. There is also Ribat Monastir nearby, a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is about 15 minutes away. The apartment is on the second floor and there are no water cuts WELCOME 😊
