Beaucoup de commerces à proximité, ainsi que des restaurants au bout de la rue. Pour votre confort, la maison est équipée d’une citerne qui vous assure d’avoir de l’eau courante à toute heure (les coupures d’eau sont courantes en Tunisie). Une grande piscine hors sol (ø 5,5 m x 1,1m p) est installée dans le jardin pendant l’été.

We offer for rent our holiday home, located by the sea (less than 50m from the beach) throughout the year. The accommodation is located in the Bekalta seaside area, on the outskirts of the Mahdia tourist area (5-10mn drive from Mahdia). With a covered area of 150sqm for an area of about 700sqm, the villa has a large garden with terrace, car parking space and guest bedroom with bathroom.

The house has all the means of comfort, all the bedrooms have AC and are well equipped. The pool is reserved only for the tenants of this house. Guaranteeing us calm, tranquility and security. The beach is a 10-minute walk away.
