Beachfront Apartment - 10 Meters From the Beach

We've stayed for one month in Kevin's apartment and had a wonderful stay. The living room is bright and comfy with a beautiful view, the kitchen super well equipped (rare to find on airbnb) and the bed room comfortable. The big balcony is a big plus. Kevin is a fantastic host, he went an extra mile to give us a great experience and always responded within minutes to our messages. The location is great too, very walkable to anything in Sarande and in a calm apartment complex. You're on the road that is right next to the beach. Kevin, thank you again for the fantastic month!

The apartment was very nice. Nicely decorated, spacious, very cozy. Everything we needed was there, and Edmont was very helpful and quick. We felt very much at home here. The shower is good, the beds sleep well and 3 bedrooms are very nice, which is not always easy to find.

Everything was great. The location was great, above the hotel with private beach and pool. Very well furnished with games for the kids. Responsive host, bonus point for parking space in a garage. True to the photo I would even say it's better much bigger and cleaner. I'll be back.

The View- Ruby: Luxury,Central,5min beach walk

We stayed a month in the view ruby and it was super comfortable, great location, easy secure parking, incredible views to watch the amazing sunsets or storms roll in and lots of favourite cafes restaurants and bars within 5 min walk - not to mention blocks from the beach! The wifi was fast, balcony spacious and the egg chair was my favourite spot for a morning coffee or evening drink. Fajken and Tea were amazing and hospitable hosts, helped us out with any questions we had and checking in often, but not too much, to see if we needed anything. We’ll be back!

El departamento es bonito, nuevo y super limpio mucho más bonito que las fotos. Tiene estacionamiento privado y una pequeña terraza. Realmente te sientes como en casa. La mamá de Christina muy amable, detallista nos invitó cosas muy ricas. Tanto Christina, como su familia están siempre disponibles. El sitio es perfecto, seguro tranquilo y céntrico. Realmente recomiendo elegir este lugar:)!!! The apartment is beautiful, new, and super clean (much nicer than the photos). It has private parking and a small terrace. You really feel at home. Christina's mother is very kind and thoughtful, and she treated us to delicious treats. Both Christina and her family are always available. The location is perfect, safe, quiet, and centrally located. I highly recommend this place!

Esmeralda is a very helpful and kind host, everything was very easy for us, she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The location of the flat is really good, private but not too far from the corniche. lovely view and very peaceful and quiet. Totally recommend if you are planning to stay in Sarande!! (we were also a group of girls and it was very safe and convenient for us).

We had a fantastic stay. Our hosts were very attentive. The space felt secure and comfortable and the balcony was great for the evenings. Beautiful beaches were a walk away and the drive into the mountains was stunning. Shops were a stones throw away and the car park made everything more straight forward.

Very happy with my choice to stay here. I stayed for a month and everything was well from arrival to check out. Dritan is very friendly host and always available. The place is well equipped, looks nice with great views and is not far from the boulevard. There are many restaurants around the place and on the way to the city. It’s about 20 minute walk to the main spots which is perfect as the views are amazing.

Centrally located, very spacious and comfortable apartment with amazing views over the Mediterranean Sea to Corfu from the balcony, where I sat and had breakfast every morning. Ana was there to meet me and to show me how everything worked. She was very friendly. She made great recommendations for a trip to Butrint to see the Roman ruins, which I took the next day. I would thoroughly recommend staying here!

The place is conveniently located, very quiet and a little away from the rest of the hustle and bustle in Ksamil. Perfect location and wonderful accommodation - we felt very comfortable. Limos is a very pleasant and friendly host who lovingly takes care of his guests. We were very happy here and will be happy to come back.

We stayed in Andreas' apartment for 7 days. Andreas and his son welcomed us warmly and was super hospitable. The accommodation was as described. The view of the sea from the balcony was simply stunning. We had a great time. A small point deduction because the kitchen could have been set up a little better with cooking utensils. I highly recommend the place.

First, I booked this whilst on the road. for the next day. The hosts were soo accommodating as it was not ready when I booked but by the time I arrived ( early) all was done including the pool! Remember it is outside the holiday season in Greece. The place is immaculate, with beautiful furniture and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble. I took it for myself, but 3 fellow motorcyclist turned up and we loved it so much, and the area for an extra day. cannot fault anything or the hosts. Good tip given, is walk to town, taxi back. Awesome. Thank you also for the impromptu breakfast and Medical help. Pete Codman +3
