"Entre Ciel & Vigne" gîte comprising a large and pleasant living room with views of the vineyard, located in Fleys, a winegrowing village 5 km from Chablis. Designed to be warm and friendly, for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.  From the house, put on your sneakers and access superb viewpoints in a few minutes… Mountain biking, hiking or running, in the vineyards or in the forest, the choice is yours! Not to mention the cellars to visit and the Chablis to taste.

Close to the Burgundy Canal and the castles of Tanlay, Ancy-le-Franc and Maulnes. Restaurants in the area. Quiet area ideal for stopover or stay/visit.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Come and relax in our charming maisonette in the heart of the viticultural village of Epineuil. Located minutes from Tonnerre, this charming village serves all amenities. A few minutes away: SNCF train station, Burgundy Canal, shops ... Our place is fully equipped for your comfort. An upstairs double bed and a small sofa bed that sleeps two children, for example. Also enjoy the terrace on sunny days, but also to store bikes.
