THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

This guesthouse has an exclusive location with its own bathing path (200 m) down to Lake Finnsjön, where a rowing boat is also included. SUP boards are available for hire. There are nice swimming areas, jogging tracks, illuminated trails, an outdoor gym, and cycling and hiking trails, perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors! Only 15 minutes by car to central Gothenburg. You will stay in a newly built house of 36 sqm with room for 2-3 people and your own furnished outdoor area. Coffee, tea and muesli/cereal are included. During the peak season from May to September, only bookings for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

Welcome to our charming guest house with a lot of extras and the forest right at your doorstep. A bright bedroom with a double bed, sleeping loft for an extra bed and a generous bathroom with shower and lovely sauna for the winter season. Private terrace for both breakfast in the morning sun, and a relaxing moment in a sun lounger. Breakfast includes fresh eggs from our own chickens – which also ensures that no one oversleeps in the morning. Cozy apartment in villa with private entrance and views of garden and forest. Suitable for those who want to stay quietly and close to nature but at the same time have proximity to the city. Walking distance to forest and beautiful hiking areas, several swimming lakes and Partille golf club. Bring your own sheets and towels (can be rented for SEK 200/stay and will be notified in advance). Due to cleaning not working, we have now reintroduced a cleaning fee so we are responsible for the cleaning ourselves. Possibility of charging electric cars.

If you want a quiet and simple accommodation with a unique lush location, close to both Gothenburg and Landvetter airport, then my cottage is for you! The guest house is located at one end of the plot, with its own terrace in a garden with a lot of greenery. Landvettersjön is about 250 meters away and there are nice places for swimming, both at the public beach a bit away or just below our road where there is more private access. Close to nature, public transport into town or just stay and enjoy the cottage and the garden.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
