Come and stay in our newly built guesthouse in a quiet villa oasis close to central Gothenburg. Both tram and bus are within a 5-minute walk, which takes you quickly to the city centre or Liseberg. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven and dishwasher. There is a relatively large bathroom with a shower and washing machine as well as a sleeping loft with a double bed. The sleeping loft is accessed via a narrow staircase and it is not standing height up in the loft. There are place for a car in our driveway.

This guest house has an exclusive location with its own bathing path (200 m) down to Finnsjön, which also includes a rowing boat. There are nice baths, exercise trails, electric light trails, outdoor gym, bike and hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! Only 15 minutes by car to central Gothenburg. You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with space for 2-4 p and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and cereal are included. During the May-September high season, only bookings for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay in Gothenburg. Close to city, water and nature. In the house there is also a pastry shop and ICA store on the ground floor and a shared courtyard on floor 4 with greenery, outdoor furniture and greenhouse. Only 10 min to Liseberg. Only 10 min to the sea. Next door to Änggårdsbergen nature reserve, with connection to the Botanical Garden. Newly built apartment with all necessary facilities and 3 patios in different values.

Bright and nice apartment in eastern Mölndal. Private entrance from the hallway, the home secluded. Free parking! Fast Wifi! Public transport: One km to highway (E6/E20). Public transport from Ryet (Svanegatan stop): Bus 751 to Mölndal's inner city, 4 min. From here, traffic runs in all directions, frequent tours. A few examples: Gothenburg central; train 10 min. The apartment is in a separate building from the main house. The upper level of the annex/garage has is neat and reached by a spiral staircase. At the ground floor there is a bathroom with WC, shower, washing machine and dryer. Dishwasher and a recently built kitchen. Convenient check in with code lock. Towels and sheets included.

Super cozy Attefall's house!

Casa Oliva - the nicest we have built! The house is centrally located in Mölndal, in a quiet residential area, close to Gothenburg. Our new Attefall house of 30 m2 called Casa Oliva, is a very homely little house built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those who travel alone, or those who visit Gothenburg on a couple's weekend or longer holiday, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children). Modern apartment located at Safjällets nature reserve for maximum 5 people. 3 bedrooms with 4 beds spread over a double bed and two single beds. Large living room with sofa bed. Walking distance to Mölndals Galleria and public transport into central Gothenburg. A few kilometers to, among other places, Liseberg and Universeum.

Light and cozy apartment in nice area

Light one room apartment located in Lunden 10 min from the central by bus/tram. The apartment is located in the nice area Lunden with shops and cafés. The bus stop "Nobelplatsen" or "Redbergsplatsen" will quickly take you anywhere. No wifi or teve but have everything else! I will rent out my apartment when going on vacation. The bed is 140 cm. The apartment is listed on my old adress to keep my reviews. New adress in Lunden is more central.

If you’re looking for a cozy place in the country side but not too far from Gothenburg Kerstins place is perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much and Kerstin is an over the top host. We will definitely book again next time in Sweden.

We stayed in Per's nice house over New Year and had a great time. The house has a great location on the top of a hill with views. The beautiful Stensjon surroundings (with a playground for kids) are easily accessible for walks. Molndals Centrum with public transport, shopping Galleria etc is down the road (5 minutes by car). Per was very friendly, available and responsive. We appreciated that he informed us about the security cameras in advance (that we blocked for privacy during our stay). Recommended!

We loved the quiet home, close to transportation, walkable, and lots of room to spread out. Would highly recommend- we stayed two weeks and couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay!
