Ottimo punto di partenza per passeggiate in montagna, escursioni, sciate.. In macchina si raggiunge il paese di Canal San Bovo in 5 min., Fiera di Primiero in 15 min. circa. Da precisare che gli ultimi cento metri per raggiungere la baita sono di strada sterrata e ghiaiosa. Accettiamo cani di piccola taglia.

da qui sarete vicini a tutto: nel raggio di 100 metri abbiamo il supermercato, una pasticceria, una Pinseria da asporto (Briciola la Pinsa Leggera) un bar, lavanderia a gettone. Situato all'ingresso dell'abitato di Primiero ci troviamo a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla piscina con una SPA completamente rinnovata, campi da tennis, calcetto e parco attrezzato per i più piccoli. La fermata dello SKI BUS è a 50 metri.
