Villa holiday rentals in Mojácar

Damian was always efficient and responsive to my messages from beginning to end. Upon arriving he warmly greeted us and personally took us to our room which was beautifully designed, very spacious, very well kept and clean with some lovely creative touches. The bed was so comfortable and had lovely views. The pool area and the landscaped gardens were very attractive. Damian also recommended a fantastic local restaurant which opened late. Thanks again Damian.

The house location is great, close to the beach and city centre (~10 min walking). It is very quiet and having the pool is a great add. Vicky and Emilio were very attentive all the time. It is well equipped with all we needed. We only missed fans for 2 of the 4 bedrooms that Emilio offered to buy however we ended up not needing as the house is well ventilated.

The host and her team's attention was unbeatable. They accompanied us to the house upon arrival and explained to us. The house was spotless and they came assiduously to pool maintenance. We were very comfortable. They were very flexible when leaving the house and it made it very easy for us to pick up since we traveled with a 5-month-old baby. An experience to repeat.

Great location. Beautiful house and extremely well maintained. Everything was spotless, but the walk up the steep hill, colloquially named as Cardiac hill, was crazy. Thankfully we hired a car after three days, just to avoid the trek. Otherwise, a wonderfully enjoyable trip. Top marks and thanks to Angel. Would highly recommend this stunning house to any potential holiday makers. 👍🏻

It was a pleasure to stay in the house, in fact we will return because we were very happy to have spent our vacation there. The hosts were attentive to us for everything, thank you very much for everything!!!

The house was very nice and spacious. Everything was very clean and tidy. We felt so comfortable. There are some narrow streets to get to the house, but we had no problems accessing it. Ana is very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful casa. We were searching a place of tranquility and fpund it there. The house is spacious, decorated with love of detail and very quiet. The views are spectacular. We had 3 terraces and depending on the time of the day we used all of them. We would have loved to use the biggest one more, but there was no chance of getting some shadow and so it was too hot there after around 10 am. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed cooking very much. Communication with Jürgen was fast and easy. We spontanously booked one more night than planned and regrretted that we couldn´t stay longer. But maybe we come back! Highly recommended!

The villa, grounds and pool are perfect, they are located right at the top of La Parata mountain urbanisation so you 100% need a car - there’s no public transport & it’s too much of a mountain walk to & from Mojacar playa. It’s beautifully peaceful & private, fabulous views, lots of areas to sit in or out of the sun, very well equipped & tastefully designed. Communication with the owner is a little slow but we always got there in the end! Very recommended for an ‘away from it all’ break but to access any local amenities, shops bars etc you MUST have a car & be ok with a bit of winding mountain road driving (it’s all very safe though)

If you want peace, quiet, intimacy., good location. Marta's house is ideal. In an incomparable location such as Las Negras, not to mention one of the best on the parquet and close to the best places to visit. The house is very cared for in terms of clothing, decoration,..everything you need to spend an incredible vacation. Congratulations to her host for taking care of her guests.

The villa is absolutely amazing! The town was exciting with a lot of fun bars and a good beach. The old town was just up the hill and really beautiful. Celia was very helpful and easy to get hold of.

We had a great time, the house has facilities to have a good time without leaving there if you don't want to.

My family and I have had a great time in Samarkand. Wherever you are you have spectacular views and the pool is what we have enjoyed most. Celia and Juanje gave us an amazing and very pleasant welcome. We will definitely repeat!

Many aspects stand out; - Reception by the hosts. Excellent! - Spectacular view of the sea, nature and enclave (Cabo de Gata-Nijar) - As for the accommodation, I'd say that it's unbeatable! (Property: clean, comfortable, location..., all kinds of amenities, touches... that guarantee a pleasant and enjoyable stay)

Took our children, with our grandchildren their first holiday abroad, they absolutely loved the villa pool and surroundings we were all together but all had our own space in the villa.great outside space and kitchen we we spent all our time outside apart from sleeping

Terrific Hosts Place was all ready for when we arrived. Beautifull villa and very nice peacefull location. To be honest we could not fault either the villa or the hosts. We were left to spend the time as we wanted without any issues at all. If you are looking for the ideal place to relax and unwind this is definately the place for you. Thank you for having us. It was a very nice experience, a good area to isolate and enjoy tranquility, the beach and the area. Quite large and comfortable for groups, the photos perfectly matched what the house was. Elena would respond shortly in case of writing it, and there were no major problems or inconveniences related to the house or the stay. The pool was great too!

Lovely villa with everything you need golf course was good and the complex was lovely good food in the restaurants . If you want to get around off the complex you need a car or you can get a taxi .

Just like in the photos, 10min walk from a beautiful beach with natural lagoon with ducks and even a flamenco. Renovated house…beds, kitchen, sofas, new; well-kept bathrooms. Cosy terrace with well-kept plants. Fans in all bedrooms and in the living room. Well-kept development with a guard and a large swimming pool as in the photos. Supermarkets within walking distance and restaurants also 10 min walk. Highly recommended!!!

What a home! Everything was perfect whether it was the equipment, air conditioning, environment, tranquility... Thanks so much to: * Mireille who was very attentive with us despite the distance. * Liliane was very responsive and efficient on every detail. * José who maintains the pool (2 times a week anyway). * Not to mention Magali and Tony😉👌. modern style house,with lots of light , super quiet area, is equipped with everything you need. Because of the area beautiful beaches and coves , you eat well in the restaurants in the area. Linda is super caring and answers you at the moment any questions , very kind .
