La vivienda es muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario y bien ordenada. La terraza es maravillosa y toda la casa es acogedora y confortable. Excepcional el trabajo de arquitectura jugando con el cristal que proporciona una luminosidad muy bien estudiada , en el piso superior tienes una vista excepcional desde cualquier ángulo. Nijar es un pueblo precioso, recomiendo la subida a la Atalaya pasando por el casco antiguo, además estás a media hora de las mejores playas de Cabo de Gata. Peter es muy atento y puntual, nos mostró todos los detalles de la casa y tuvimos una charla muy agradable con él. Sin ninguna duda recomiendo su casa.

Súper recomendable la experiencia, tanto por la amabilidad y disposición de Antonio como por lo ideal que es el apartamento. Además pudimos viajar con nuestro perro, que no suele ser fácil. Muchas gracias Antonio esperamos volver! :)

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

Qu est ce qu il y a de plus beau que le silence et le soleil ? Ma fille a répondu la lune et les "epoiles" ( étoiles)... C est tout à fait cela, un retour au source, à la simplicité, à la terre, ses fruits, ses fleurs. La maison est décoré en gardant l âme de la maison, il ne manque rien, toutes les petites attentions sont là. Cette maison est un havre de paix. Merci Karin nous reviendrons !

The apartment was fantastic and right on the beach, the location is amazing and we really enjoyed the stay. The instructions were very simple and the apartment was exactly how it is described. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is spacious and well decorated, furnished and equipped. We felt very comfortable and welcome there. The views from the balcony and roof terrace were lovely. It is situated right next to the National Park which has fantastic beaches and striking landscapes. It is also close to shops and restaurants. Antonio was a great host - caring and helpful. A good place to stay in San Jose.

We regret that we haven't plan longer stay. Place is much better than it looks from photos. The view is spectacular. Terrace is well equipped and provides great privacy. Place is spacious, provides two bedrooms and bathroom on one floor and great living room, kitchen, terrace and second bathroom on upper one. There is small desk to work. Flat was really clean and tidy, with extra toys for children. Parking spot is Just normal size - We parked Renault Captur with two cars on sides with no problem. Carboneras itself is really nice city, with great beach. Bear in mind that area is hilly and flat is second floor without lift with stairs inside. Great place for holidays, with a great communicative host.

Carlos Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen & die Kommunikation mit ihm war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung entsprach den Fotos. Aufgrund der dünneren Decke war es durch die Wohnung darüber hellhörig- war für uns aber kein Problem.

La urbanización es super tranquila, la terracita está genial y la playa a dos minutos. José Antonio (el anfitrión) disponible para cualquier cosa. Buena experiencia, lo recomiendo.

Miejsce jest magiczne! Od pierwszego momentu można poczuć się jak w domu, jest bardzo przytulnie, czysto, jasno. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, można znaleźć wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i bardzo długi pobyt. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, blisko ośrodka sportowego, do plaży maksymalnie 2 minuty. Okolica jest też cicha, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów i restauracji (zarówno pieszo jak i samochodem).

J'ai séjourné 5 semaines en mai dans l'appartement de Salvador et ça correspondant en tous points à ce que je recherchais pour profiter du cadre et travailler en même temps. Un vrai petit coin de paradis pour venir profiter en vacances ou en week-end, et idéal aussi pour les digital nomades. L'appartement est plus grand qu'il en a l'air sur les photos, piscine magnifique dans la résidence, plages et bars/restaurants à pied en 5 mins, parking sécurisé en sous-sol, ascenseur, calme en cette période. Allez-y les yeux fermés! J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir, un vrai coup de cœur pour le lieu et la région.

Wij voelden ons meteen thuis! Wat een heerlijk appartement! Schoon, netjes, gezellig, alles aanwezig. Het uitzicht; iedere ochtend opkomende zon vanaf het terras....prachtig! Wandelend naar het strand, naar de winkels, restaurants..heerlijk! Veel livemuziek en barretjes/cafés terwijl je daar in het appartement totaal geen hinder van hebt. Wij hadden motorpech en wilden eerst bijboeken, dat kon en hadden dit later niet meer nodig en annuleerden de extra dagen en ook dit kon zonder problemen. Wat een fijne service! Van a tot z fantastisch en we raden het 100% aan! Heel erg bedankt voor de heerlijke bijkomdagen! Wij reizen uitgerust verder!

Estancia excepcional en la caravana de Swen. Tiene todo lo necesario, es como estar en casa. Muy buen ambiente en las zonas comunes. La piscina super grande y limpia. Ha sido una experiencia para repetir, la próxima vez llevaré a mi perra, es un espacio adecuado para ir con perro y en tema playa puedes ir con perro sin problemas a muchas calas, a pesar de no ser oficialmente caninas.

Gabriel & Ana are superb hosts and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and everything is perfect with your stay. The property itself is just wonderful and in a fantastic location with a flat walk to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops. We have been here for 5 weeks and are so sad to leave. The apartment was perfect size for the two of us and exceptionally clean. The whole development is very well maintained and very safe and clean. The swimming pool is lovely with access to it just a few step from your balcony. Having use of the bikes is an added bonus and we made a lot of use of them exploring the surrounding areas. There are lots of very safe cycle paths to use. I can’t recommend this property enough. We have loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be coming again. Thank you Gabriel and Ana.

We had an extended holiday in Mojacar and could not have wished for a warmer welcome from Paloma. She made us feel like honoured guests all during our stay. We were here during the blackout and as soon as Paloma could she made sure we were OK. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb like this before, it has been made magical for us by our host. We wanted for nothing, super well equipped, super clean, super comfortable. The boiler broke during our stay, it was replaced the very next day….. that was fantastic. We have been so chilled during our stay. Lazy days going to the beach, eating in many fabulous restaurants, you are spoilt for choice where to eat, the food has been fabulous. Mojacar and surrounding towns are well worth a visit. So typically Spanish here, unspoilt, spotless, very friendly and welcoming. But made even better by the help and support of our Super, super host Paloma. We can’t thank her enough for the excellent communication and support. Definitely worth a visit

En primer lugar, Rocio la anfitriona, es una persona encantadora y muy pendiente de que sus huéspedes se encuentren agusto. Ha sido un placer conocerla y la atención que nos ha prestado en todo momento. Y en segundo lugar, su casa es una maravilla, venimos encantados de haber disfrutado estos días allí. Casa muy completa, camas comodisimas, sabanas y toallas de calidad y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Sus dos terrazas son un gusto, así como la paz y tranquilidad que se respira en las instalaciones. Todo muy limpio, y lo mejor las vistas al mar y ver amanecer, sin palabras!! Sin duda alguna la estancia en casa de Rocio como el trato con ella han sido inmejorables, muchas gracias y nos vemos pronto!!!

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und sehr ruhig gelegen. Perfekt, um zu entspannen. Thomas war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer schnell erreichbar. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Andrés es super atento y amable y aunque estuvo de vacaciones en nuestra estancia estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. El piso es muy bonito con unas vistas a la playa fantásticas. Lo único de lo que me podría "quejar" es que cuando reservamos nos prometió una cesta de bienvenida con cerveza, pero parece ser que se le olvidó. Por lo demás todo genial. Sin duda repetiríamos.

el piso como lo describe Gabriel, estuvimos 4 personas (familia) y dos perritos medianos, perfecto, iluminado, ventilado y amplio, limpio y con las comodidades descritas en el anuncio. repetiría. . también hay piscina todo el año ... excelente para los que no les gusta la playa 🏖️ jajaa

Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

This is a lovely apartment near the beach and everything is on your doorstep. Great restaurants, would definitely go back.

Lovely small house right in the picturesque village of Mojácar. The house is divided in two floors, with a wonderful roof terrace on top with views down to the coast. The house is built into the hill so there is exposed rock, which gives the house authentic character. This also means the stairs are uneven and awkward, so bear this is mind if you have mobility issues (this is true of the entire village). The house is decorated in a bohemian rustic style that is comfortable and charming. Kitchen well equipped for preparing your own meals. We didn’t get to meet the host in person but communication was straightforward and clear. Great place for a couple to stay to explore this part of Almería.

Great place, confortable and spacious, great balcony. Hosts are great and the location is perfect! Amazing to have long evening dinners looking at the sea on the amazing balcony. Great amenities near by: butcher, fish store, pharmacy and a pharmacy basically next door! Mojacar is beautiful.
