You can stroll through the village and its surroundings, close to the Alpes Mancelles. As a couple, with family, friends or for work, you will find all the comforts you need. Possibility to bring 2 bikes.

The house is located between Le Mans (24 Hours cars, motorcycles, trucks, Cité Plantagenêt, Papéa Parc) and Alençon (Normandy region, Cité des Ducs) and 8 minutes from the highway. Enjoy the banks of Sarthe, discover the Alpes Mancelles, atypical villages, castles, lakes and forests. Our fully equipped house is happy to accommodate business travelers. Shops nearby (2 km). On the grounds: small pond surrounded by a fence, remaining under adult supervision.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Your year-round heated indoor pool adjoining the living room will allow you to enjoy it in any season as well as the Nordic bath.
