Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mohave County

Very clean and neat. She was very helpful if I needed anything, very clear instructions. The place was very quiet and comfy great place to stay if you’re considering!

This place was great for our cousin weekend trip. Everyone was comfortable and there was space for everyone.

Unfortunately my husband became quite ill during our stay and needed to be hospitalized 2 hours away. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to support me during this time, even coming to feed and let my dog out while I was at the hospital. Due to my husbands illness, we were required to stay in Bullhead City and Ryan made sure we had a new house to stay at as long as we needed. Again he and his team worked hard to ensure the house was ready for us. It meant so much to us that people we never met before went above and beyond to make sure that this time of stress was made easier for us. I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

Our family really enjoyed our MDW stay. I appreciated the clean beddings, organized home, and relaxing jacuzzi. This home was one of our best stays in Havasu!

Our stay was very peaceful and cozy. The home was so clean, spacious, and had a very homey feel to it. We especially enjoyed spending time in the backyard, as it was very relaxing and serene. Throughout our entire stay, Ryan was very communicative, responsive, and an overall great host! We definitely would love to stay here again next time we come into the area :)

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Grand Canyon west. Leslie was communicative, responsive and helped us with a lot of information for a perfect stay. The space is much larger than what the pictures looked like. The full kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The place was clean and comfortable. There was absolutely nothing we lacked. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Desert Owl with our grandkids to take them to the West Rim Grand Canyon. The home was well stocked and everything was new and clean. Lala was very responsive and it was perfect for our vacation with our grands. Be aware that you are quite aways away from a big store or anything relating to a town…. So just pack groceries in with you and gas up your vehicles because gas in the small town is crazy expensive. The home is peaceful with everything you need to feel at home and be comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Desert Owl if you are wanting to explore at the Grand Canyon or surrounding areas.

Great host. Very responsive and always checking on his clients. The house was clean and neat. Pool just few blocks from the house, my boys were happy. I will definitely rent this house in my next holiday in Arizona at bullhead city again..

Very clean, quiet and private. I loved the kitchen! Instructions are easy & clear. Peaceful environment and the water was a plus. Will definitely be back.

It was nice cozy, comfortable, clean and I love the fact they had FUZZY blankets there my favorite would definitely book again. But I wish I could have used the lil golf cart to go to the lake !!!!

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

We truly appreciate Dennis for accommodating us on such short notice. His home is beautifully designed, extremely clean, and made for a very comfortable stay. There’s plenty of parking, and the neighborhood is peaceful while still being conveniently close to local restaurants and shops. Thank you, Dennis, for your hospitality!

The home was amazing! Better than the photos! Jamie and her family were there, as well, and they were very accommodating, friendly & kind. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice place with a beautiful view. We loved it!

Angie's place was a welcome respite for my siblings and I, as we traveled for our father's funeral in the area. I didn't want to be in a casino or a hotel; I just wanted us to have a space that felt like a home, and this was perfect. Clean throughout, comfy beds, thoughtfully decorated, and with all the amenities we needed. Angie communicated quickly, and we appreciated her allowing us a late checkout so we could catch our breath for a bit after the funeral. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Bryant is a great host, proactive, responsive, and clear! The place was great, open floor plan plenty of room and provided a paddle board and a float! I would definitely recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay in Mesquite! Nevada. Our rented condo was excellent, in a clean, quiet, community. And everyone we met there were so friendly. Our hostess was great, kept us informed as we got closer to arrival date and was so willing to help in any way if anything was needed. Would highly recommend to anyone!

My buddy and rented this condo for a weekend full of golf. This place was awesome. From the host's communication, the price and the views. We actually didn't want to leave. It spacious and the 2 suites are a bonus if you have two families renting it. We loved it

Super cute and clean condo. Loved that it’s quiet, safe and we felt right at home! The pullout sofa bed was comfortable! Perfect location right next to rotary park. Great price, we will definitely stay again. It’s bigger than the pictures portray! We also used the pool and it was very nice.

Anne was such a great host, you can tell they take pride in hosting and their home. Everything was very clean and easy to use. Note if you have young kids, it is upstairs and mostly all glass cups/plates lol other than that wonderful stay! 10/10 would stay again. Thank you Anne!
