Trust when I say that this place deserves a high price, you get a great view of the mountains almost every morning, there’s an amazing balcony. Any time you have a problem, Tara or one of the other hosts has it taken care of within an hour!!! I honestly wouldn’t suggest anything to change. This has definitely become my favorite place to stay until my house is done!!! 5/5 10/10

An Unforgettable Lake Havasu Retreat! I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb—it was honestly the best stay I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The place was spotless, and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They’d thought of every little detail, from the kitchen to cozy blankets and even extra towels for the jacuzzi and lake. The location couldn’t be better. It’s close enough to town that everything is just a short drive away, but it also feels wonderfully secluded and peaceful. Waking up each morning to views of Lake Havasu and the surrounding mountains was breathtaking. The outdoor area was a dream with plenty of seating, a BBQ grill, and even a fire pit for evenings under the stars. The house itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and feels both modern and inviting. My room was well-appointed, the beds were super comfortable, and the WiFi was spot on💪 11 out of 10 for the attentiveness of the host!

Mitzi’s casita was the perfect landing pad for us during a long drive. I really appreciated the full sized fridge, and with it being 113° outside, the AC was so nice! The kitchen was fully stocked, and while a lot of places SAY that, this one truly is. Full sized range, a blender, even a hand mixer and Tupperware (for leftovers!). The bed was super comfy. I had originally thought that my daughter would want to sleep on the air mattress, but that would have been a VERY tight squeeze (no floor room), so she slept with me instead. Just fyi if you are planning on using it…probably best for one night, or you’ll have to pick it up to move around. Someone mentioned scented sheets, so I asked about that, as I’m allergic. Mitzi assured me that she doesn’t use scented products, but they had enough laundry detergent residue that my daughter’s stuffed pig still smells like them after we checked out this morning (and it’s now 4pm). I was glad I brought my own pillow.

I extremely loved my stay. Scott is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It was fun to share our life stories . The place was super clean which really stood out to me and the place has a beautiful view as well. I would definitely recommend their place for pleasant, comfortable and peaceful stay.

Nadine's place was perfection - it had EVERYTHING we needed. With the swimming pool out the door, we felt like we were in paradise! Nadine was super accommodating!

This was a wonderful stay. It literally had everything we needed. The laundry is a super added bonus for us! After many days of driving the wine and beer in the fridge were extremely appreciated. This is literally a little home so you can do all your cooking etc. The next time we are in the area we will be back for sure!

the location was gorgeous! the room was small and cozy, and the bed was super comfy! Samantha was quick to respond whenever I messaged her, and was very polite and friendly. the gentleman that was in charge of the area was very sweet and friendly as well! 10/10

Lovely, peaceful surroundings away from the bustle of more touristy areas, yet still convenient to a great grocery store and some restaurants. We appreciated being so centrally located between Zion, Grand Staircase-Escalante and Vermillion Cliffs. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay!

Our stay was wonderful and hopefully is available again when we revisit lake havasu

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the camper. It was very cozy and perfect for two people and our small dog. The best part of the stay however was the private beach. We went on Memorial Day weekend so this area can be very difficult to find a spot near the river. We did not need to worry about that! It was peaceful, relaxing, and clean. Brandie was very friendly and made checking in a breeze! We will definitely be back!
