We had a great stay, with easy access being well located and can do several walking tours. The place is very quiet. Esação was extremely clean, organized and well equipped, I congratulate the host Anderson and his wife as they were very helpful and polite, attending to us promptly when requested. Congratulations For all this it is I recommend and I intend to come back again and again.

I would like to make constructive criticisms. Box was leaking in the corner near the wall. The ceiling fan was dirty with a lot of dust. At the entrance of the building, the water from the air conditioning of the apartment above dripped directly onto the entrance gate, right over the head of those entering.

Great location and easy access, large condominium with good leisure options, apartment just above the reception on the second floor, comfortable indoor space for 2 people, fair price and good service!

Wonderful place! No words to describe my stay, the host responded extremely quickly and was very proactive. Impeccable accommodation, I found the place very clean and organized. The only detail for hot people like me, bring a fan because in the hot season it is a little complicated due to the lack of air conditioning, but other than that I don't see any other negative points, for those who want to spend a weekend away from the madness of the city this is the perfect place, waking up to the sound of birds such as: parrots, woodpeckers and others, without the noise of horns or cars and no sound of motorcycles. 10/10! I took my dog and my kitten (who stayed inside the house), and they both adapted perfectly to the safe and quiet environment. The garden is a real oasis: very well cared for, clean and offers a great space to relax or play with the animals. The pool is large and inviting, even though it is not heated. The kitchen is fully equipped, and bedding items such as pillows and blankets are extremely comfortable. The sofa is one of those who “embrace”, perfect for moments of rest. The location is also a high point. Just 4.5 km from the city, the house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, safe and surrounded by a lush nature. Great house! I spent 3 days with my wife and we felt at home. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, the house is very large. The view is incredible, the rains are very good, the kitchen is well equipped and we don't miss anything. It has a fireplace, bathtub, and a bacaba space in front of the house. For those who enjoy watching TV / Movies, I recommend taking the notebook to connect on TV that, despite being smart, is a little slow for some apps. I highly recommend, Mr. Marcos was very friendly and made himself available for any problems.

Without a doubt the best accommodation! Located in a quiet neighborhood, easy to access and close to everything. The city has many attractions for those who appreciate wines, olive oil and cheeses. There is a culinary street with many amazing restaurants. Milce's accommodation is even better than the photos, a large, beautiful, cozy, well ventilated and very well-equipped home. We were greeted with great attention and affection, with a delicious jar of acerola juice, a basket of goodies from the region and our dog Bruce got a personalized hygienic tappet. We only have to thank for the days we were able to enjoy the stay and we want to return soon.

Excellent hosting! Host Rodrigo always answers questions promptly. His father welcomed us and practically gave us a tour of the house. That's right, the house is pretty big, so he showed us all the spaces we could enjoy. The house and the view surpass what we see in the photos. Regarding appliances, it has everything you need, it has linens and the cleanliness is impeccable. We will definitely be coming back.
