For those staying in BH to visit Inhotim, it is in a great location, close to the roads, which saved us a lot of time compared to accommodation in more central areas of BH.

Within this price range, I have no doubt that this apartment is the best that BH has to offer. Extremely spacious, beautiful, it has everything you need, a top barbecue and even a garage space if you need it. Not to mention that a D. Claudine, the owner, and D. Lucia, who helps with cleaning, is very friendly and helpful. You can stay here with peace of mind, you'll love the place!

I only stayed one night, but the experience exceeded all expectations. The apartment is spacious, quiet, extremely clean and very well located. The building structure is excellent, and the city view is incredible. Everything corresponds exactly to what is in the photos, or even better. The host was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely come back and recommend it without hesitation.

A unique opportunity to stay right in the midst of Savassi's hustle and bustle, but with plenty of privacy. We visited during Carnival and went to several blocks, bars and restaurants on foot. The property is a great option for up to two people to stay in comfort. If you go by car, know that access to the garage requires a little attention, especially in the climbs, when you have a slightly larger car (we were with a HB20 sedan, and we need a little attention in the first accesses, but then we get the hang of it, always accessing the ramps of the three garage levels - the space of the property is in the G3). The gatekeepers are very attentive and helped a lot at check-in/check-out and with nearby signs. For sure, we'll be staying with Juliana on upcoming visits to BH.

Nardin was the one who welcomed us, explaining the operation and logistics of the house, handed over the keys and also adjusted the check-out time, according to the last-minute professional demand that was presented to him. We were very pleased with our stay in Belo Horizonte. The house is extremely organized, clean and faithful to the photos in the description — exactly as we expected. The structure is excellent and offers comfort and practicality in all rooms. The host was very receptive, attentive and flexible, always willing to help and resolve any need quickly and cordially. We feel very welcome all the time of stay. As a suggestion for improvement, we believe that the inclusion of more beds (or bunk beds) would help to optimise the space, especially for larger groups. An additional bathroom would also be welcome. Other than that, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. Congratulations on the organisation and the excellent hosting. We recommended and would come back for sure!

The house was a find, as we wanted a space to spend family time and eventually receive family during our visit to Brazil. The house is spacious and allows you to enjoy all the comforts as if you were at home, unlike a hotel where you are just guests. Helder was very attentive and careful during all moments of our stay. Great area to explore Belo Horizonte. The apartment is close to lots of restaurants and shops, with very cheap and easily accessible Uber rides. The room was well air conditioned and we had plenty of space. The only downside was that the hot tub didn’t work, which had been part of our reason for choosing this place.
