Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.

Tracy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was well-stocked with thoughtful touches like coffee, bottled water, and snacks, which we really appreciated. The upstairs bathroom even has a towel warmer — a nice bonus! The home has two bedrooms and an office upstairs, along with one full bathroom. There is an additional bedroom downstairs, though it’s not ideal for a couple, as the space isn’t fully finished. The downstairs bathroom has a small shower, but it worked fine for our needs. The den downstairs is large and very comfortable — a great space to relax. Lennox is a very small town with limited activities, but nearby Tea offers more options. We were in the area for a wedding, and the location worked well for our visit.

Travelling with kids is so much nicer staying in a home rather than a hotel. Aubrie’s place was super cozy and accommodating. The kids loved the massage chair and the selection of board games. We would definitely stay there again!

Peaceful luxury, feels like home

Our family gathered here from far flung places and this house was perfect. Main level bedroom and full bath were great for my aged parents. Half bath on main was also much appreciated. The loft family room was a great second common space so people could have a little separation. We loved watching the bunnies and birds from the outdoor furniture in the fenced back, and while eating at the dining room table. Will definitely stay again on our next trip back to Sioux Falls.
