Oslo is 40 minutes away, the fjord is on the plot, the golf course is 5 minutes away and not to mention Krokskogen with beautiful ski slopes, hiking and biking trails! The cabin is newly rehabilitated and is a great custom to come back to after active days out. No running water! Drinking water comes in canisters (arranged by the host), water for washing is in the faucet on the veranda. Combustion toilet.

Fresh drinking water is available just outside the guest house. Electricity is available so you can recharge and heat the cabin. A great choice for those who want peace, simplicity and a little break from everyday life – but at the same time want the most important facilities available.

Housing houses far out in the countryside, unobstructed,located on TYRIFJORDEN. Around the house is a large garden with fruit and berries. Proximity to large forest areas that can be used freely. Possibility of swimming and fishing in Tyrifjorden Especially suitable for family with kids. Many interesting sights can be reached with an hour's drive : Modum's blue color scheme with the Cobalt Mines, Vikersundbakken, Kongsberg with the Silver Mines, museums. There is a golf course in Sylling (Holstmark - about 14km ) About 70 km to Oslo - 1 hour drive.

The apartment, 90 sqm, is located in the side building of the main house, a Swiss servilla from about 1900. Private entrance. 1st floor: entrance, space for outerwear and shoes. Kitchen for cooking and seating. Living room with TV and fireplace. Bathroom with shower. 2nd floor: 1. Main bedroom with large double bed, room for extra bed and baby bed. 2. Large bedroom with small double bed, space for extra bed and cot. 3.Stairwell with day bed, pull-out for double bed. Bathroom u/shower, 2 stalls. Making beds. Purchasing food by agreement.

Cabin without electricity and running running/draining. Take a trip to Svingom at Holleia. Here you will have a cozy cabin with simple standard! In winter we recommend to bring your own duvet or sleeping bag as there are only summer duvets in the cabin! If you pay a fishing license in the boom, you have access to fishing in all waters! Possibility of kilos fish in the forest water around. Holleia offers amazing trips for anyone who wants to go short and far. Skiing right outside the cabin when there is enough snow! You are welcome!

Perfect for quiet evenings in the presence of nature. Access to the cabin is about 15 min walk (1.5 km) with partial forest road and nice hiking trail. Ski run in winter. Drinking water is arranged by host. Road fee NOK 100 Bed linen and towels are not included. Recommend going up before dark. Remember the headlamp.

The cottage is located on the beachfront and has 2 secluded outdoor areas with barbecue/bonfire pan, large terrace with dining area where you can enjoy the sun until late in the evening. The cabin has 2 bedrooms (double bed and bunk bed). The kitchen is equipped but coffee maker, stove, oven, micro and keel-freeze combi. Rental of SUP and kanu for an additional fee. That's good 4G coverage. Feel free to ask for a price for a whole week or a whole weekend :-)

The mines is now a museum that can be visited during summer. Approximately 40 min drive to Drammen and 75 min to Oslo.

From this residence in a perfect location, you have easy access to everything. Located right by Tyrifjorden and Liengstranden. With only 100 meters to Tyrifjordhotell, with a lovely restaurant with both ala carte and buffet. 20 minutes' walk to the center of Vikersund. 800 meters to the shuttle bus to the ski flying slope and Raw air. Homeowner has dogs playing in the garden. It is therefore important that the tenant likes dogs.
