Holiday houses in Modriach

We had a good time. The next time we're here, we'd like to come back for this stay. Everything was as described.🙂 Comfortable beds with clean, fragrant linens, lots of towels! We had everything we needed for a comfortable rest.

We stayed for one week with our two sons. We appreciated Florians (Niks father who lives at the farm) hospitality and his good advice for nice trips in the area, as well as the beautiful environment and the animals. The pictures give a good idea about the appartment itself.

The house is really nicely located and prepared with a lot of love. The photos don't really do justice to the place. The apartment was perfect for the two of us in terms of size and furnishings, including the dog, who also felt very comfortable and didn't want to leave. I can't even list the many small special features here, it's best to discover them yourself.

A beautiful house with a beautiful setting. The communication with Tim and his father was very nice. Both responded quickly and are super nice. Tim came on his own with tips on a children's festival nearby. Our daughters loved it! The house is also very clean, furniture very neat and plenty of toys for the children. There was a camp bed for us for our youngest daughter, super nice! What we only missed and what we have given as a tip is a screen door by the sliding door. This is because there are quite a lot of mosquitoes in the evening. We had done some damage in the house ourselves and they responded very nicely and didn't make a point. And then we haven't even mentioned the beautiful private garden with private lake. The food for the fish was ready and every morning we could fish with the fishing rods that were present. In short, a super house with super sweet owners. Tim and father, thank you for everything! We had a great time!

We were 2 families (4 adults and 5 children) in the apartment for 6 days. It was an ideal base camp to visit Bled, walk through Triglav Park or Jezersco (less touristy but just as beautiful). As all the comments warn, you have to get used to the ringing of the bells and the absence of blinds in the rooms, but the beds are very comfortable, the apartment is very clean and well-equipped, and the hosts are friendly. We recommend it!

We had a great time! Lovely, friendly host. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. Beautiful scenery, surrounded by mountains. We will definitely be back again.

We spent 2 nights in the cozy Pri Lipi cabin and felt so comfortable that we did not drive to Maribor as planned on our full day to see the city, but just enjoyed the nature, tranquility and sun on the great property of Heiko, Katja and Fritzi with hammock and sun loungers and walking in the surrounding forest. Pri Lili is even more cozy from the inside than you expect. The window front into the forest is really a highlight, I could have spent hours here. It is totally nice that you have a private terrace towards the forest. The bathhouse with a view is also special. Heiko, Katja and Fritzi are super friendly, accommodating and warm hosts. We can highly recommend our stay there and would have liked to stay a few more days.

We had an amazing and relaxing stay! The layout was cozy and comfortable, and the whirlpool was the highlight of our visit – perfect for unwinding. The space was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained.

Wauwww wuwww wow Felt feeling like coming home. Never before have we went back to the same location for a vacation, but last year we liked it so much. The same thing this year. Next year we want to come back. What peace and space in all simplicity and yet lacks nothing in the house! Perfect match for us and our dogs. The contact with Anita is perfect before, during and after our vacation, she is almost immediately ready to answer our questions. The cottage is incredibly clean and tidy. A gem in the mountains.
