Holiday rentals with a patio in Mödling District

Awesome apartment for dog parents and anyone staying in Schoenbrunn area. I was very impress by the decor and details all over - much more than expected and incredibly helpful when one may have forgotten a thing. Great place to stay also for longer, fast internet, kitchen fully equipped with everything you can imagine. The neighborhood is great to walk, explore, get your pup on some grass and go for a run. Igor was also very quick whenever I had a question, great host!

Anni was a great host. She not only allowed us to check in early but also had some surprises awaiting us at the place. Not only did the place felt like a home, but the balcony views were amazing. Quiet neighbourhood, a bit far from city but a direct metro station was nearby with 15-20 mins to city center. Would recommend to anyone planning a stay in Vienna.

We really enjoyed and felt like home. Apartment is amazing, super clean and looks exactly as in the photos. Klaus response to any inquiry is friendly, polite and fast. Department is located 3 min walking from nearest U Bahn Station. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Die Unterkunft war mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und man kommt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön eingerichtet und das Highlight war für uns die schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. Philipp selbst ist ein netter Gastgeber, der stets schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert hat. Wir kommen gern wieder, wenn wir mal wieder in Wien sind.

Wir waren zu Zweit 8 Tage in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht. Es gibt genug Geschirr, Besteck, Handtücher, viel Platz, und einen schönen Balkon. In 5 Minuten ist man an der U- oder Strassenbahn, fußläufig erreichbare Lokale gibt es auch. Wir wurden extrem freundlich von Mariella und Mario eingecheckt, und bekamen auch Unternehmungs- und Gasthausempfehlungen. Wir empfehlen die Gastgeber, die Lage, und die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter, und Wien natürlich auch.

What impressed me most was how responsive Gabor was, we locked ourselves out of the apartment and had a few follow up questions and he answered fast and was really helpful. Even though it was really hot we slept fine with enough fans to keep us cool. The place is spacious and there’s enough storage, we stayed for almost 2 weeks and were happy to be able to spread out and have multiple places to relax in. Only downside is the factor that there’s no elevator, but this way we got our steps in. Parking was uncomplicated, everything is close by and in walking distance. Would come back anytime again!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Stefan’s place! The apartment is brand new and radiates ultra-luxury, equipped with every amenity you could possibly need for a truly comfortable and relaxing experience. From the stylish interiors to the meticulous attention to detail, everything was thoughtfully designed to make guests feel right at home. The location is also unbeatable, there’s a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the building, making it extremely easy to get anywhere in the city without hassle. Stefan was an exceptional host, generous, kind, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. This was genuinely one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend Stefan’s place to anyone visiting the area. A perfect 10/10!

Hübsche Wohnung in sehr guter Lage.

Ein echter Volltreffer! Die Wohnung - eigentlich ein Gartenhaus - eignet sich perfekt, um einen Städtetrip mit erholsamem Ambiente auf dem Land zu verbinden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten an der U-Bahn Richtung Zentrum. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen auf einem großen Gartengrundstück, super zum Ausruhen, volle Privatsphäre. Hofer und Billa sind ganz in der Nähe. Einrichtung und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Und alles sehr sauber! Gastgeber Wolfgang ist sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf stets zur Stelle, um auch gute Tipps zu geben. Sehr netter, angenehmer Kontakt. Herzlichen Dank, Wolfgang, wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

A szállás a leírásnak megfelelő volt. Nagy alapterület és tágas szobák jellemzik. Kaptunk ágyneműt, törölközőt, még mosógép is volt. A parkolás a ház előtt lehetséges több autónak is. A bejutáshoz aznap kaptuk meg az instrukciókat. Könnyen elfoglalható szállás.

Wir haben uns hier wie zu Hause gefühlt und konnten unsere Reise sehr entspannt genießen. Der nahegelegene Kurpark, in dem wir jeden Morgen spazieren gehen konnten, war wunderbar ruhig und schön. Wenn man Wien besucht, eine Pause braucht und eine gemütliche Unterkunft für die Familie sucht, können wir diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen.😉

Das Airbnb „Villa mit Sauna & Jacuzzi" hat uns als Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zu acht und es hat genügend Raum um zusammen ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist ein wenig klein, aber es geht. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist ganz gut. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Der Garten ist riesig und gepflegt. Die Sauna und das Jacuzzi sind natürlich ein grosses Plus. Die Distanz zur Altstadt/Stadtzentrum ist relativ weit, aber es gibt gute ÖV Verbindungen oder Uber. Gerne wieder!

Séjour agréable dans un logement accueillant, en rez-de-chaussée ouvert sur un jardinet et très clair. Il n'y a aucune nuisance extérieure, l'environnement est très calme. Pour un séjour touristique, il y a trois atouts majeurs: la proximité de la station de métro U1, qui conduit au centre ville en quelques minutes (et donc aux principales activités de Vienne, sans les nuisance du centre), la proximité du Danube, (pour des promenades, une location de bateau, un verre au bord de l'eau), et enfin à deux stations de métro le très grand centre commercial Kagran qui propose beaucoup de services (si le petit super marché Billa tout proche ne suffit pas) mais aussi plusieurs restaurants. Pour venir de l'aéroport le bus VAL 3 est très pratique: en descendant à la station face au NH hôtel, on n'est pas loin du logement. Enfin, Sandeep est un hôte très réactif et très attentionné.

C’était un appartement merveilleux. Il est évident que l’hôte habite bien cette perle rare, et il clair que Patrick en prend bien soin. Nous avions l’impression qu’on nous avait prêté ce refuge au cœur de Vienne comme on le prête à ses amis. Le goût raffiné de notre hôte en art et en décoration donnent une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante à ce petit nid douillet rempli de vie, et également bien équipé.

Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Super fijne locatie. kom zeker terug. er zitten heerlijke restaurantjes in de straat en je verblijft echt op loopafstand van het centrum. Tina is zeer behulpzaam. auto in een garage geparkeerd op advies van Tina voor maar €4,40 per dag. wij zijn super tevreden en komen graag nog een keer terug. echt een aanbeveling waard.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit super Terrasse zu einem idyllischen, grünen Innenhof gelegen. Auch der flexible Check-In und die elektronische „Schlüsselübergabe“ haben gut funktioniert. Die Anfrage für einen zweiten Zugangscode wurde leider nicht bearbeitet, was aber auch zu keinen großen Problemen geführt hat.

Zur Wohnung, zur Umgebung, zu den Möglichkeiten gibt es nichts mehr hinzuzufügen. Was das Inserat verspricht, was frühere Gäste berichten, stimmt. Wir waren 4 Nächte bei Johanna und Karl zu Gast und haben eine gute Zeit in Neulengbach verbracht. Was wir aber besonders genossen haben, war die grossartige Gastfreundschaft, die netten und interessanten Gespräche und zugleich die Möglichkeit, absolut privat und ruhig wohnen zu können. Wir empfehlen dieses Airbnb gerne weiter!

A really good place to stay. Super close to the Meidling train station and a fairly quiet neighborhood. The instructions from the listing were super clear and I didn't need to contact the host at all. The self-check in was easy. The apartment itself could use better cleaning, however. I found hair from previous guests and they didn't vacuum beneath tables where a lot of dirt was found. Overall, a good stay in Vienna for a good price. I'd stay there again if the opportunity came up.
