This self-contained unit is an annex to our own house so we are available to welcome you, offer advice or help you plan your stay. The accommodation is on 2 floors with the lounge/kitchen area, and bathroom + shower downstairs, and a large, double bedroom upstairs, 2 sofa beds + child's sofa bed. It is comfortable for 2-4 people but can sleep up to 5 people with two single sofa beds downstairs. If you need an extra bed, a double bedroom is available in the house. Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Our home is situated in the heart of Knutsford, one of Cheshire's most historic market towns. We are 14 miles from Manchester, 10 miles from Manchester Airport and close to the 'Golden Triangle' of Wilmslow, Alderley Edge and Prestbury. LARKSPUR LODGE wedding venue is a 7minute walk away, town is just a 10 min walk and we are a 15 mins walk from the gardens and parkland of TATTON PARK. Knutsford has direct rail links to Chester, central Manchester and the Metrolink tram at Altrincham.

A cosy garden cottage, with separate entrance, private bathroom, bed nook, kitchen and shared garden. A peaceful space from which explore south Manchester and the city. The cottage has a full sized double bed with lots of pillows and a comfy duvet and electric blanket. A large sofa easily accommodates an extra body if you prefer to sleep separately. We also have a travel cot for babies. The cottage is set up for 2 adults, with 2 kids, but not really suitable for more than 3 grown ups.
