Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Moab

We have stayed in close to 20 Airbnb’s and I have to say that this was the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. The place was absolutely spotless. Besides that the decor was on point and we had everything we needed and more!! Great location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands.

We had a great time in Moab staying at Bryan’s place. The place was clean, peaceful and had everything we needed. We loved the pool/hot tub, that was nice after days of exploring. The beds and the furniture were very comfortable as well. Bryan’s local recommendations were great, we checked out a few while we were in town. We also loved the use of the garage space so we could keep all of our camping gear secure while we were out exploring. Thanks Bryan! We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

Located on my favorite street in Moab! I love this area. So close to town, yet very quiet and the backyard feels so private. Also, the houses on this street are huge. The house feels so large inside, yet it still feels cozy and well laid out. There were only 3 of us, but I bet we could have comfortably fit a lot more. Plus there is a full-sized garage, big laundry room, and ample driveway space. I will definitely stay again.

Fantastic place! One of our favorites that we have ever stayed in. Super new and modern, with big windows to enjoy all the views. It was so clean and well taken care of — the cleaning crew had even added the little touches of having a new coffee filter in the coffee maker, and a detergent pod in the dishwasher. When they are doing little things like that, you know it’s a good place. The amenities were great. It was really live in ready with all the kitchen items you’d ever need, fully stocked with Keurig coffee/cocoa/tea, spices, etc. Best stocked kitchen at an AirBnB we’ve ever experienced. The location was also perfect. At the south end of town, so it is nice and quiet but still a 5min drive to anything you need. The view out the back into the mountains is awesome, and made for some great sunrises. Really great place that I would recommend to my closest friends and family. Only place that I would book here in the future.

The views from the front and back of the property are fantastic. Everything is great, the only minor quibble I had was the harsh smelling chemicals used to clean the kitchen floors, not very friendly to people with allergies; had to air the living room area for half a day for the smell to dissipate.

A great place for a family or friends outing. The house was very clean, well furnished, in a peaceful location with close proximity to Moab downtown and the parks. House had all the amenities with the hot tub being an added bonus. We were a family of 10 and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Joyce was very responsive, friendly and even welcomed us with a plate of homemade cookies. An additional bathroom or half bath would have helped for a big group but we managed. Definitely recommend for a family outing!

My family of three stayed in the French Quarter cottage and loved it! The courtyard garden is so welcoming, we enjoyed eating dinners on the outdoor dining table while our toddler explored and got his wiggles out. Great walkable location to restaurants and coffee shops. We’d definitely stay here again.

It was a perfect little place for a weekend in Moab. Its right at theback of the city so no outside noise. The place itself was very clean with clear instructions for easy access to amenities. The kitchen utensils are on the minimal end but that works out well if you are only there for a short stay Overall great experience with hot tub to relax after a long day outdoors. I think the outside hot tub with night sky view is the best highlight.

Perfect! Exactly what we needed for our short stay in Moab. Conveniently located to downtown Moab (a few minute walk) and less than 10 minutes from the Arches Park entrance. The space is so cute and welcoming. We enjoyed some wine on the rooftop after sunset one of the nights. Would definitely stay here again when we come back and love that you could rent multiple units for a larger group.

The location of this place is perfect if you’re looking to do anything in or around Moab! It’s just a 10 min drive to the heart of Main Street! We loved the ease of getting into Main Street but also having the peace of being a little more removed from town for quiet evenings. Would definitely recommend!

If you are driving and want a calmer atmosphere than found in center Moab, Chad's place is the perfect spot. It is only a short drive to Arches entrance, town center, and a bit longer to Canyonlands. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and quiet. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and appreciated the lock on the bedroom door. If you have not secured a timed entry permit, try going after 4:00 pm. There are at least 4 hours of daylight remaining in the summer, it is much cooler, and no one was manning the entrance gates to collect the fee.

Amazing. Once you get past the scary road. Make sure you have a spare tire!

Clean comfortable space that matched the listing, convenient to Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Comfortable bed! Hosts were quick and responsive to address minor issue during our stay.

Great place! Clean and relaxing. Very close to downtown, restaurants, and hiking. Perfect for two couples, grill outside made for a wonderful cookout with an amazing view.

Can't get much more centrally located in the heart of Moab. Place is just what you need as a home base if you're visiting all of the parks and within walking distance of all the main dining options in Moab. Also, bed was comfortable and shower is awesome. 2 things you need after a long day of hiking. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The size was perfect for our group of 3 adults and each of us could enjoy the comfort and privacy of our own bedroom. Check in was easy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again for a return visit. Thank you for everything!

The Inn was perfect for our stay in Moab. So close to all the parks and walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a life saver after several days of long hikes. The amenities provided were much appreciated. Highly recommend!

This place is perfectly located for a trip to Moab! Walkable to downtown but quiet and feels peaceful. Pool and hot tub were a fantastic perk! The space was great, plenty of room! Would definitely stay again!

This rental was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the house is surprisingly quiet even with close townhome neighbors. There were 6 of us on this trip and it was a great fit. The upstairs jack and jill bath is a really great design with the tub and toilet each separated from each other and from the vanities. It allows everyone to get ready without as much conflict. The garage was actually big enough for two cars without using ninja skills.

Great AirBnb. Just outside of town. Quiet and very spacious. Of note, pool does seem to be frequented by non-tenants. So it seemed a little crowded given there were maybe only 10 cars in the parking lot for the entire complex. Overall would stay again.

Very nice and clean house. Quiet location. Perfect for a family to have enough space to spread out. My teenage boys were very happy and relaxed. Also had a well stocked kitchen. It was perfect to be able to cook our meals at home.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious, clean, and had good amenities like coffee and soap/shampoo. The pool was also a very nice place to hang out with our kids! We would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Moab area!
