Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Moab

Linda’s house is lovely and just as described. The location couldn’t be better for people visiting the national parks who don’t want to deal with the Moab crowds. We highly recommend!

Host was great to work with and responded quickly. For 6 of us and 3 pets this was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Saved a ton of money being able to cook at the air bnb and not fight the restaurant crowds. Ended up being a great stay.

Austin’s place was perfect for our family of 6. It was so clean, comfortable, and homey. My kids absolutely loved the bunk bed room. We really enjoyed the free movie channel, we actually watched a couple movies we missed in theaters and the kids were excited. We would totally stay here again!

I haven't left a review on an Airbnb in quite a while as we haven't been impressed with many as of late. This place is an exception. It is indeed special. The heated pool and the hot tub are great. The house has plenty of room. It is real industrial looking inside but it works and the beds are very comfortable. The host responded to all our questions as some of the gadgetry in the house does need some explanation. If you need a place to come home to everyday from doing stuff in Moab, this is the place. You might be wondering about this place the first time but you will love it once you get inside.

We loved this home! It was a little hard to find initially in the dark because the outdoor lighting and GPS took us to the wrong address, but we read the hosts instructions and easily found it! Places just outside of Moab, this home had a beautiful views all around. The interior was updated and very nice and clean. It is on a quiet road and has a big yard, so our dogs had a lot of fun exploring the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house . Exactly as described . Plenty of space and everything you would need to feel at home . Extra bonus was every bedroom had a television. Everything was clean and sanitized . Kitchen was very big and had everything needed to cook a great meal and huge dining table to play games or eat a family meal . The views are amazing any window you look out has an amazing view . Guest book with all the recommendations was an added bonus ! The host was always very responsive and gave great check in and check out instructions. The house , the host and everything made our trip perfect !! Definitely recommend with 5 star 🌟

This house is fantastic! Our family of 5 and an infant found the house comfortable, well stocked, great location to The Arches and Canyonlands, quiet neighborhood--really can't recommend it enough.

Carmen was very responsive. Moab (and apparently 100 miles in every direction) had a power outage while we were out to dinner. She called, let us know about the outage, and brought extra blankets and lanterns. She also went to a neighbors and heated up a kettle of water on their wood stove so our kids could have some hot chocolate before bed. Even with the power outage during a cold snap in the winter, we all slept well under the extra blankets. If we go back to the area, we will stay there again.

I stayed in this property for three weeks. It’s a very special place. It’s about 20 minutes from downtown Moab, so away from the crowds. It sits atop a quite a steep dirt road on top of a mountain. The views are spectacular and the space is quite lovely and comfortable. Cindy, the owner, is a longtime Moab resident and very knowledgeable about all aspects of both the national parks and the natural environment. She was quite generous in sharing her knowledge and super helpful in every way. At the same time she was very respectful of privacy. Other reviewers have mentioned the steep dirt road, too. I did not have a four-wheel-drive and had no problems with it, though it did take a little getting used to. I was looking for a location where I could see the dark night skies and be out and away from the crowds, so it was perfect. The steep road just added to the adventure of coming and going. This is absolutely a five star property and owner. A unique way to experience Moab.

Basecamp is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed at on or off Airbnb. Tom, along with Theresa and Thomas, are gracious hosts. They make sure each guest feels welcomed throughout the stay and are happy to offer suggestions of hikes, drives or just general exploration. I got the feeling that the road's condition varies throughout the year. As of a few weeks ago it was slow going if you are not an experienced off-road driver. (I am not.) It took me 90 minutes heading in (once during the day and once after dark) and 60 minutes leaving (both daylight). But my stock RAV4 with all season tires made it with no real issues. I kept it in 2nd gear and the AWD never kicked on. That said, I would happily return to stay at Tom's place again. It is 100% worth a frayed nerve or two for me. Next time I'll just drive in once and stay there the whole time. I could wander around the property and the adjoining BLM land for days and never get bored of looking at the views.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was nice, but noisy. Also, one of the tenants was using the front porch to smoke cigarettes.
