It is conveniently located 10 minutes by car from the downtown area, yet it is a quiet area surrounded by sugar cane fields and the sea, so it is a space where you can relax and heal from the daily fatigue while slowly feeling the air of Miyako Island. From the rooftop, you can see the wide sky, the sugar cane field, the sea, and Irabu Bridge. You can see Yonaha Bay on the left, the horizon in front, and Irabu Island on the right. The color of the sea, the sky, and the clouds change every day and every hour. Especially when the weather is nice, you can see the sunset on the horizon, and I think the view will be one of your best memories of your trip to Miyakojima. The dishes shown in the photos were made by purchasing the island's ingredients at a nearby supermarket. Cooking and eating island cuisine together is a unique way to enjoy a private home. Tiny home in Miyakojima

A small, barrier-free guest house that was born in January 2020. There is a ramp to the entrance.There are no steps in the room. There is no bathtub. We provide plenty of towels, amenities, and room wear (summer only) so that you can come with less luggage. We offer freshly roasted coffee in a drip bag every day (roasted on the same day). The entire building has a water purification system "Ryo Water Workshop" and a water softener, and all the water in the room is purified and softened. There is no kitchen, but there is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle.A supermarket is a 3 minute drive away, and there are also places to eat and drink within walking distance. Drinks and sweets are available at the vending machines on the premises. On-site coin-operated laundry (for a fee) has a washer dryer and a large dryer. There is no TV.You can work or watch videos with high-speed WiFi. Even if the internet is disconnected due to a power outage, there is a backup Starlink. Lie down in a hammock on the rooftop and enjoy the starry sky. There is also a 5-meter-long private pool, and you can relax by the pool with a view of the blue sky and the Gajumaru trees. It is only a 3-minute walk to the beach, and there is also a large park nearby, so walking and jogging is also good. I rent the entire Miyagawa condominium in Miyakojima.2021, interior renovation.

Floor area: 120 ㎡ We are renovating the interior from 1/6 to 3/20 in 2021. We plan to mainly focus on the floors, walls, and kitchen area, which show signs of aging. (Photos are scheduled to be posted in April) We look forward to welcoming you, while maintaining the same prices. A quiet place surrounded by Okinawan scenery, just a 5-minute drive from Miyako Airport. There are few private homes, and the area is dotted with villas, including both neighbors. At night, you can enjoy the starry sky and moonlight, and be healed by the surrounding lush scenery. This is a condominium type accommodation that is rented out as an entire house. Spend time with family and friends in a private space.
