Holiday houses in Mituo District

My stay at this place was great. The apartment is brand new, it’s perfectly clean and well equipped, very comfortable overall and conveniently located (MRT station, shopping mall and grocery store are all very close to the building). The decoration is modern and looks good. There’s free parking space available in the basement and a convenient garbage management system. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There are just a few downsides: -The bed mattress are quite firm (which I like but it might not suit everyone’s taste) -The tap for drinking water is inoperative, you have to boil water, wait for it to cool down and then filter it with a jug (one is provided) -All the windows are on the same side of the apartment, and are located in two of the three bedrooms and in one of the two bathrooms, so there’s no sunlight in the third bedroom nor in the living room. However those downsides are really minor compared to the advantages, plus the price is really reasonable for what you get.

good location and clean place as advertised. only had to climb up the stairs which was a little dark as stated but everything else was great. enjoyed my stay

Very friendly and helpful. The place has a great location directly at the night market so it is very busy outside and you can try a lot of small food stands. The apartment is nicely decorated, the bathroom is a bit older with some loose tiles. But all is still well maintained and as shown on the pictures.

Very comfortable stay in a great city. The most striking feature of the apartment is the amazing view of the docks (check in before sunset if you can). Clean and well maintained in an iconic building with an interesting history. But the best part of it was the host’s local restaurant recommendations—they gave us a couple of maps of their favorite places in Kaohsiung, we visited three of them and they were all local-popular and delicious. Would stay here next time if I could. Thank you!

the apartment was very clean and spacious, with 2 balconies (one for drying laundry, another one for enjoying the view). we slept very well and the neighbourhood was quiet. We loved how clean the air BNB was. Note that if you want to go to areas with more restaurants, you will have to walk 10 to 15 minutes. The LRT stop is about 15 minutes walk as well. There is a supermarket right across the street so that was very convenient, as well as a 711 right in the same building.

The bed is comfortable and the TV is more functional but light sleepers are not recommended to stay because sometimes the sound of the hose running at night and the sound of cars passing by outside

Everything is okay. All we want in the place we are looking for is excellent. The host is very good and very hospitable. And very kind. All we need and request are all given. Very convenient location 7 mins from gaoxiong station! Good place to stay and there is dressing table in the room!!

We really employed staying here. It was peaceful and quiet, close to great restaurants, bars, massages, and public transportation, and the hosts were so helpful in helping us plan our trip. You can’t control nature and we did experience an earthquake (it’s my third in my life), but in such a newly constructed building built to standards, I have never felt safer. The hosts reached out as it was happening, asked us how we were and provided helpful instructions. I would definitely come back!
