The house can accommodate 4 people - the house has recently been completely renovated. On 2 floors you will find: 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, magnificent views & balcony - 1 bathroom with shower - separate toilet - cozy living-dining kitchen with beautiful terrace & view of the Danube. Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Located in the middle of the picturesque Danube floodplains and only a few hundred meters from the idyllic Danube farm, a wonderful break awaits you in the charming tiny house. This small but fine retreat offers you the perfect opportunity to get away from it all and enjoy nature to the fullest. The spacious garden invites you to relax. Campers can park a short distance from the accommodation. Here you will find peace and quiet in the middle of a breathtaking landscape.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

The apartment is on the second floor of our apartment building in the Weinviertel and can be used in whole or in part. Here you will find a separate bedroom and a very spacious kitchen-living room with another bedroom and balcony. 1 guest parking space is available. Our house is 3 km from the nearest train station. Vienna is 50 km away. Guests from all countries are welcome!
