In our house on the edge of the forest, we not only give you space, but also the freedom for green thoughts. But as a former forester's house, the forest path there is not easy. As well as for employees who are on a business trip and would like to have more space than just a hotel room for themselves (approx. 45 square meters) The B8 is within easy reach.

Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung im Bayerischen Wald Raus aus der Hektik, rein in die Stille. Im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter kuschelig warm. 38 km entfernt v. Regensburg. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. Ideal zum Wandern, Radfahren, Langlaufen. Ein öffentliches Naturfreibad, ein Kneippbecken nebenan erfrischen ihren Urlaub. I speak english. Welcome!

For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

The short route to the surrounding adventure parks, such as the Edelwies, d'Rodelbahn St. Englmar and the TV-famous Waldwipfelweg, is simply beautiful. Directly from the house, you can reach various cycling and hiking trails as well as the beautiful Perlbachtal with its Kneipp pools and many opportunities to explore nature.

In our new apartment are 1 bedroom with king size double bed, 1 living room, 1 dining room with microwave, coffee maker Senseo, kettle, sink and fridge, no cooking facilities and 1 large bathroom. The garden behind the garage with garden set and charcoal grill can be used. Use of 2 bicycles available. The location is 500m from the Danube Cycle Path and about 2 km from Bogen in the district Furth, shopping center 200m. Restaurants and beer gardens nearby.

From all rooms as well as the south-east balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view over the orchard meadow to the forest – pure relaxation! In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.

This small idyllic gem is located on the adjacent Bavarian Forest. Quietly located, it is fabulous for relaxation, but is also the perfect starting point for hiking, Nordic walking and mountain bike tours. A beautiful terrace with sunbathing lawn allows you to end your eventful day with a glass of wine in a romantic atmosphere.
