Hiking/biking trails start right by the house, ski resorts in St. Englmar are within easy reach. The bright apartment offers a bedroom with double bed, additional room with sofa bed, living/dining area with TV, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Balcony, shutters, insect protection ensure relaxed holidays. The ground floor is rented.

An outdoor parking space is at your disposal free of charge

Newly renovated apartment, lovingly decorated and designed, a mix of Space Age and minimalism. Breathtaking sunsets and sky moods, even with Alpine views in clear weather. The apartment is located in a large, once architecturally groundbreaking holiday resort from the 1970s (The Bauwelt of 1973 is in the apartment). In summer with hammock and outdoor pool, in winter with indoor pool and saunas. There is also a fitness center in the house. Everything is included.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The apartment is located right outside the gates of the Bavarian Forest in a quiet location overlooking the beautiful nature. The short way to the surrounding adventure parks such as the Edelwies, d'Rodelbahn St. Englmar as well as the TV-known Waldwipfelweg is just beautiful. Directly from the house you can reach various bike and hiking trails as well as the beautiful Perlbachtal with its Kneipp pools and many opportunities to explore nature.
