The apartment was amazing, cozy and well designed, with a good balcony view on the grundlsee lake, very quiet place. And the apartment includes all needs: - Elevator - kitchenette - towels and linens - shampoo, soap, lotion - drinks and snacks with extra fees - good wifi connection - blanket in the living room - underground parking Thank you Sabine!

Beautiful apartment, nice location. The only one problem was to find it, because in google maps it was showed another house than it is. But Elisabeth helped and and we finally found it:) The hosts were very friendly and helped us with any question:) Happy that we chose this apartment:)

Lovely place in a beautiful location- Burkhard was very accommodating of a late check in and gave us some great tips for what to do during our stay. The flat was nice and clean with a well stocked kitchen. Only downside would be that the room was quite warm but we were out most of the time so didn’t cause much issue.

My husband and I spent a week in Marion's beautiful, cozy apartment. Very well equipped, spacious kitchen, large bed with good mattress. Indescribably beautiful view of the lake! You can't get enough of it! Marion and her husband are super nice and gave us many tips for activities in the area. A car is not bad for shopping, but everything was also easily accessible with our bicycles. Thank you for the relaxing days, dear Marion!

This place deserves 20 out of 5 stars! The best place to stay we've ever stayed. We felt amazing there and we will definitely come back <3 We were surprised how the apartment was perfectly furnished and fully equipped. You don't need to occupy, you won't miss any of what you have at home. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the kitchen has a number of appliances, a huge TV in the living room, and the whole apartment is fixed and has very good energy. :) Who furnished the apartment had taste! Definitely recommend for a longer stay, you won't want to go home like we do:) Lovely place thank you!

I spent two wonderful weeks here with my boyfriend at the end of the ski season. Despite many, due to company holidays, closed shops and restaurants, we had a great time. The entire area, including Mauterndorf itself, is fantastically beautiful and simply invites you to relax and shut down. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, extremely clean and well maintained, very lovingly furnished. You have everything you need. Communication with Michael and his team is smooth and the lockbox makes checking in and out very pleasant. We will be happy to come back!

Excellent apartment, exactly like in the pictures. Two suites, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, balcony, quiet, clean and organized. In addition, the building has private parking and washing and drying machines. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. Had a wonderful stay.

Our stay at Alexandra's house was just wonderful :) In 5 minutes' walk you are in the absolute city centre of Bad Aussee, but the house is still secluded enough to have its peace. The kitchen is fully equipped with really everything you need for cooking and the area incl. all lakes and hiking routes is simply a dream. Alexandra was a great host, very flexible and always wrote back very quickly when we needed something. Thank you, we enjoyed our short break very much!

Our stay at Elisabeth’s was exceptional, located in the central part of Bad Aussee and included a parking spot for our car which was invaluable. We felt right at home in the apartment, Elisabeth had thought of everything even a temperature thermometer, yes, she had ticked all the boxes. We met her one morning and she offered advice on places of interest. Her communication prior to check in was excellent and very precise. Thank you for a great stay. We cannot recommend this listing enough.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and has a large balcony with great views. The location of the apartment is especially suitable for skiers, as the access to the elevator is right next to the house and the ski equipment can be stored and dried well in the basement. Self check-in works without any issues. The first access works with the help of the smartphone. However, the use is very well described before arrival. We used the property to take many hiking trips. There are many beautiful corners in the surroundings of the apartment. There is something for each level of difficulty. We recommend the place without hesitation.

Great and inviting accommodation! We felt right at home! Although we did not meet Nanna in person, the contact was smooth, friendly and uncomplicated! Gladly again! :)

After Airbnb sweatily sending me the access code to the apartment, the problem was quickly resolved by a short call to landlord Almedin. The apartment is very nice, the building is quite new/renovated and everything is clean and works. I'd love to come back. There is a room to set bikes. The host is friendly and accommodating.

The place was clean and accurate as described. The host sent all instructions in a timely manner and there was no problem at all.

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The place was clean, cozy, and above all in a beautiful place. Absolutely sufficient kitchen amenities. What was absolutely TOP such a comfortable mattress. The host who greeted us with a smile was very nice and was in contact with us even during the stay. 10/10 I recommend :)

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation and enjoyed our short break! The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and very tastefully! A big plus is the large terrace with the whirlpool! The apartment is located in a very quiet house and we had the feeling of being on our own despite the neighbors! Perfect for holidays with a dog!
