Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

The whole apartment will be at your disposal. In Bechhofen there are supermarkets, local bakers and butchers as well as restaurants. Within a radius of approx. 20 minutes by car is Dinkelsbühl and Ansbach or Franconian Lake District. Bechhofen is also the starting point for beautiful bike rides. The highway connection (A6) is only 15 minutes away

Im Schlafzimmer sorgt ein großes Wasserbett (2 m x 2,20 m) für guten Schlaf. Die Unterkunft wurde liebevoll individuell ausgestattet. Die Küche ist klein aber super ausgestattet. Grillen und Sonnen im Garten. Außensauna, 2 eBikes, Thule Cab2 sowie Wallbox für E-Autos jeweils extra zubuchbar.

Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. In sunshine, the highlight is of course the huge natural garden, whether on the terrace under the walnut tree or in the deck chair on the meadow

Auf unserem privaten Grundstück im kleinen Dorf Eichenberg, einem Ortsteil der Gemeinde Haundorf im fränkischen Seenland, steht euer Tiny Haus. Mit Fertigstellung im August 2024, haben wir versucht einen Ort zu schaffen welcher zur Entspannung einlädt und bestes Wohlbefinden bietet. Erkundet den nahegelegenen Altmühlsee (8km) / Brombachsee (12km) mit deren zahlreichen Freizeitattraktionen. Komm an diesem unvergleichlichen Rückzugsort wieder in Einklang mit der Natur!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with direct access to the forest. Our vacation home is located directly in the Franconian lake district near Lake Altmühlsee and Lake Brombachsee. It has a sauna with steam, bio sauna or Finnish sauna to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped, and if you don't want to cook yourself, you can book a chef to prepare your meals. In the winter, a cozy tiled stove is also available for your use. The house has 2 floors.

Our cozy apartment in Uffenheim, in the heart of the Franconian wine region, offers the perfect starting point for nature walks and cultural excursions. A well-kept feel-good atmosphere awaits you on 65 square meters. Enjoy the tranquility and explore nearby attractions such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Würzburg. Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

Pets are welcome for a small fee.
