Mito 120㎡ Super Spacious 3LLDK Whole Building Rental [1 Group Only] Family and Friends along Otsukaike Park

This is a house on the shore of Lake Otsuka Park in Shin-Mizuto Hakkei. It started in July 2021. You can have a relaxing chat with friends and family, or shut out the busy everyday life and spend time looking at the pond. Self check-in and check-out. We're renovating, but The building is old and located in nature, so please refrain from booking if you are nervous. We have two single and semi-double beds from Simmons, which were used in the 1970s chandeliers and luxury hotels. The Japanese-style room can accommodate up to 3 people. Otsukaike Park has a 2.6 km path that is perfect for walking pets and running, and the Sakura Square, wooden bridges, playground equipment, fishing, and picnics make it a great place for people to relax. It is one of the leading swan migratory spots in the Kanto region, and in winter, many swans rest their wings, and it is a very beautiful pond surrounded by magnificent trees such as Japanese red pines. There is a supermarket, "Gokuraku-yu", nearby. We have electric stoves and kerosene stoves available. This is a private lakeside inn with a large garden located on the shore of Otsuka Pond, which is also selected as one of Ibaraki's top 100 sightseeing spots. This is a special building designed as an architect's home, and when you go up the stairs at the entrance, you will have an excellent view from the second floor. The 15-tatami living room, which connects to the dining kitchen and bedroom, is spacious and ideal for parties. The new room "KADO" has also been completed since spring 2024!
