From the large windows in the living room, you can enjoy the seasonal lakeside scenery. There is a well-maintained Japanese garden on the property where you can spend a relaxing time. In summer, many guests enjoy BBQs in the garden, and it is popular for family and group trips. (BBQ equipment can be rented for a fee.) There is also direct access from the property to the promenade by Lake Otsuka. Morning walks and runs are exceptional, and you may encounter swans and wild birds. You can also walk to the hot bath facility on the opposite side of the pond. HOTORI is an accommodation for spending a relaxing time with your loved ones, such as on a three-generation family trip, a gathering of relatives for a wedding or memorial service, a reunion with friends, or a group trip. It has excellent access not only to Mito City but also to the Oarai and Hitachinaka areas, making it a convenient base for watching sports and participating in events. This is a house on the shore of Lake Otsuka Park in Shin-Mizuto Hakkei. It started in July 2021. You can have a relaxing chat with friends and family, or shut out the busy everyday life and spend time looking at the pond. Self check-in and check-out. We're renovating, but The building is old and located in nature, so please refrain from booking if you are nervous. We have two single and semi-double beds from Simmons, which were used in the 1970s chandeliers and luxury hotels. The Japanese-style room can accommodate up to 3 people. Otsukaike Park has a 2.6 km path that is perfect for walking pets and running, and the Sakura Square, wooden bridges, playground equipment, fishing, and picnics make it a great place for people to relax. It is one of the leading swan migratory spots in the Kanto region, and in winter, many swans rest their wings, and it is a very beautiful pond surrounded by magnificent trees such as Japanese red pines. There is a supermarket, "Gokuraku-yu", nearby. We have electric stoves and kerosene stoves available. It is along the street, so there is some traffic during bright hours, but there are few cars at night, so it is a quiet private space. You can use the barbecue set, grill grate, charcoal, and firewood at no extra cost. As amenities, bath towels and toothbrushes are provided for 8 people. In addition to the living room, there are 2 twin rooms and 1 force room (2 sofa beds). It can accommodate up to 8 people.(There will be 1 bed per person.) In addition, we do not allow groups of 8 or more people to enter.(Infants and young children are excluded, so please contact us regarding children!) If you break the rules, you will be asked to leave when it is discovered, and no refund will be given. Self check-in at 15: 00 check-in and check-out at 10: 00.
