Είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος που διαθέτει μικρή εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα - τραπεζαρία - μικρό καθιστικό - 1 διπλό κρεβάτι - Ένα μπάνιο - τηλεόραση και wifi, έχει 1 μπαλκόνι που μπορείς να απολαύσεις τον καφέ σου το πρωί ή το ποτό σου το βράδυ βλέποντας τον κεντρικό δρόμο και την παραλία του Πυθαγορείου.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

We offer you a quiet neigborhood, modern and in the same time traditional place where you can relax! The house is equipped with everything necessary for your comfort! We are always near to you when you need help or have questions!

Infinity view to Vathy town. Underneath the house there is an unorganized private beach and other organized beaches 5'drive away. Check "Paradise apartment" as well if you are big family or friends who want to arrange holidays together. The two apartments are independent and close to each other.

Welcome to your home in Pythagoreio on the beautiful island of Samos. The guesthouse is located at the top of a lively street, just a 5-10 minute walk from the heart of the village and the charming seaside. The apartment includes a double bed, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for couples or solo travelers. Please note: due to its location, you may hear some daytime street noise but the convenience and character of the location more than make up for it!

A traditional summer house, recently renovvated with respect to the local tradition. This upper floor apartment, which is accessed by a flight of stairs can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a double with single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. There is a basic Greek style kitchen with oven, fridge, , coffee making machine and all necessary utensils. The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet and sink, as well as washing machine.
