Thank you for looking at Windy Pines Suite. This spacious one bedroom/one bathroom suite has a large kitchen/living room; and is perfect for travelers. It is clean, comfortable, & uncluttered, a home away from home! It is surrounded by beautiful pines, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Close by is the interstate with access to Iowa State Fair Grounds, and Downtown Des Moines. WP is attached to our home but it has its own separate outside entrance. Please send me any questions.

Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Jason is a great host, quick to respond, and very friendly! He has thought of everything and the shared house is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The other guests when I was there were great also which helps. But the WiFi was fast and worked great for remote working, everything was very clean, and overall a quiet, great experience. One thing to note is the room is upstairs so it can get pretty warm in the summer. But Jason was more than happy to keep the temperature low enough at night so I could be comfortable enough. This was much appreciated If im ever back in Des Moines, I’ll absolutely look for Jason’s listing first!

From the moment I booked with Jake he was very responsive and easy going. I had never booked an air bnb before and he made it so easy and very comfortable to check in. I had questions and within a couple minutes he was answering them. I got to hang out in the community living room with his Great Danes and they were very friendly . I would highly recommend This place for anyone’s stay with Jake ! He is top notch !

April’s place was wonderful. I was really comfortable during my stay, and was even accommodating with things that really wasn’t a must but just to make sure that I had everything I needed I was granted the little things. And I appreciate it. If I am ever in Iowa, Aprils place will always be my stay if available. Thanks again you guys.

My third stay here in the past five years as part of a mid-west regional disc golf tournament. The place is clean, quiet, and nearby to all the disc golf courses used for the tournament. The hosts respond quickly to any questions or concerns. Recommended!

Spotless room, bathroom, and home. Instructions were detailed and specific, which I appreciated. Room was easy to find based on description. I liked having a bathroom to myself. Instructions were provided for how to use the lamps, WiFi, location of usb/plugs. Friendly host; I appreciated being able to park in the driveway instead of on the street, but still, it’s a dead end in a quiet neighborhood so I would have been fine with on street parking too.

Place was very clean and comfortable. They were still working on a few areas of the house, but it was not noticable that anything else was going on. The whole house will be wonderful when it is all complete. Would highly recommend.
