This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. Attached to a former 19th century farmhouse, renovated between 2019 and 2021, the house has a kitchen and bathroom each equipped and 2 bedrooms. Private parking and a large, semi-open farmyard, fully furnished in a dining and relaxation area with stone barbecue, complete the house. We provide deckchairs, an outdoor lounge but also 2 adult bikes (size M). Free public parking is 10 meters from the house. Cleaning included.
