Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath house. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, minisplit heating and cooling, heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, Fenced backyard, patio w/ seating, Private Parking.

Unique Luxury Grain Bin called the Happy Place

Unique grain bin, luxury style glamping, with heated tile floors, air conditioning, breath taking views, and loving farm animals to include two Bison. The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. Comfortable king size bed, bunk beds, desk, coffee bar, microwave, and a fridge. One mile off Hwy 93

Moderate/ Mild walking and hiking is available onsite. Restaurants are located within a 10 to 15 minute as well as a grocery store. Starlink internet and cell service is provided. A charming, quiet, tiny studio loft apartment in the historic, centrally located, Westside neighborhood. This beautiful space is in a stand alone building is located 4.7 mi from airport. The exterior stairway to the private entrance has 15 steps and I have included lots of photos. There are pretty mountain views out of every window. The American Leather sofa and bed are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. Check in and check out times are firm.
