Very spacious, peaceful and sunny ground floor apartment with a large outdoor space. You have total privacy with your own entrance and private patio with bbq area . Kitchenette includes fridge freezer, airfryer, double hot plate, microwave and coffee machine. Bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, triple wardrobe and a desk. A 5 minute drive to the beaches with shops and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the CBD by car or public transport, walking distance to bus stop and cycling route.

The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

Peaceful and cosy ground floor apartment in private home with own garden. In a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment has it's own separate enterance and is totally separate from our living. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.
