The comfortable studio apartment is in a quiet and sunny location with great panoramic views of the surrounding area. The apartment is renovated and can accommodate 1-4 people. The kitchen is well equipped and the spacious balcony also has a gas grill. The indoor pool and sauna area are also renovated and invite you to relax. The vacation park is located in the heart of the Upper Allgäu and is the ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, ski tours or swimming at the Alpsee.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. A pull-out sofa in the upper bedroom, as well as on the couch in the living area, can still be used for another 2 people with prior arrangement. Please see our website for detailed information.

Apartment in the outdoor area

Our outdoor apartment with magnificent mountain views of the Allgäu Alps offers a relaxing atmosphere amidst green meadows. Highlight of the apartment is the spa area with sauna, freestanding bathtub and rainfall shower. From here, as from the bedroom, you can also reach the balcony directly. In the large kitchen-living room with dining area there is a pull-out sofa, and the hallway gives access to a separate toilet. The apartment is completely new, as is its equipment.

Tinyhaus Rosa

Time out in a tiny house in the heart of Upper Swabia. The location of our two igloo tiny houses could not be more beautiful: in the middle of Upper Swabia directly in an orchard with an extra sauna and horses! Because it's more relaxed for everyone, we have packed a lot into our inclusive price. So parking, sauna, free Wi-Fi. That's how a vacation should be. The hot pot can be used for a fee of €30. Please let us know in advance so that everything can be prepared.

Sustainable eco-wooden house with garden in the Allgäu

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Diese stilvolle Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für Outdoorbegeisterte. Nach einer ausgiebigen Wanderung wartet die Sauna zur Entspannung. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer 1 ist mit einer Dynaglobe Luftkernmatratze ausgestattet und kann per Fernbedienung auf ihre Bedürfnisse angepasst werden. Es können bis zu sechs Personen in der Wohnung Platz finden. Auf der Galerie befindet sich hierfür eine Matratze (1,40x2m) gür zwei weitere Gäste.

Panoramic suite with balcony

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

Our holiday apartment is lovingly furnished – perfect for families. Pool and sauna offer relaxation after a day in the mountains. From the balcony you enjoy views. Directly from the apartment start hikes, bike tours or in winter cross-country skiing, sledding and skiing. A bar and playroom are part of the holiday park. Note 10.11.–5.12.25: Pool & sauna closed, some daytime renovation noise. Price greatly reduced in this period.
