Both were converted to a homes in 1905 and then we restored this house in 2021 to give it the character it once had, and bring it back to life. I had the most wonderful stay at this charming tiny house on the lake. From the moment I arrived, I felt an immediate sense of calm and connection to nature. While the house is small in size, it’s big on comfort and thoughtful touches. Everything was spotless, beautifully organized, and equipped with all the essentials for a cozy, restful getaway. Waking up to the sound of birds, the peaceful lake view, and the feeling of sleeping in a treehouse—thanks to the giant picture window right next to the bed—was absolute bliss. Mornings were spent sipping coffee in the Adirondack chairs, and afternoons reading by the shore. It was the perfect balance of simplicity and serenity. Kevin and Carter were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure everything was just right. If you’re looking for a quiet, restorative retreat with unbeatable lake views, this is it. I truly can’t wait to return!

This was our first Airbnb stay and it was outstanding! Heather was so hospitable and the attention to detail was amazing! From the great communication to the thoughtful details of a personalized welcome card, to snacks, to ammenities she thought of everything, and I do mean everything! I work in customer service and it means alot when someone goes above and beyond for their guests. The cleanliness of the space was beyond my expectations, and I am picky! She was so kind and welcoming, we will definitely be back. We will be spoiled by this perfect experience, we just wish we had more time to enjoy the lovely back yard as well. Ammenities beyond compare should be the name of Heather's place! We will make up a reason to come to RI to stay here :-)
