The entire space, including the terrace, will be available to you. We will help you plan a trip and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains. We take care of our place with love and care. Fenced garden with children's corner, fireplace and playground for ball games for fun and relaxation. Parking is on a closed plot by the house. The whole house is non-smoking.

There is a sofa in the living room, which can be expanded to a size of 190x150 cm and allows two more people to sleep. In the living room there is a kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator, dishes. The apartment has wifi and two televisions. The bathroom has a small wooden sauna for max. 2 people. The toilet is separate. You are in the center in 5 minutes on foot.

We have prepared our new Garden's 43 apartment for all those who want to enjoy the magic of Karlovy Vary and stay in the very center, at the beginning of the colonnade, overlooking the Thermal Hotel, close to restaurants, shops and Elizabeth Spa, so you will have everything nearby. The apartment is about 110 meters large, has two master bedrooms with double beds, a study that can be used to accommodate additional guests, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with a kitchenette.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Our hostel Fuchs und Hase is located in Oberjugel, a scattered settlement belonging to Johanngeorgenstadt, directly on the border with the Czech Republic. At an altitude of 850 m, pure nature, tranquility, unadulterated mountain meadows and many hiking and cycling trails await you. In winter, the Jugelloipe starts right behind the house with connection to the Kammloipe and Czech ski highway. Several ski slopes can be reached quickly by car. We are happy to provide tips.
