Everything is great, the location is great, the hostess answered questions promptly, there is a parking spot, the apartment is clean. Mosquitoes were a bit bothered, but it's not critical :)

An oasis of tranquility,an extremely neat place even if the furniture is not new. The house is extremely clean,spacious,equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. In the morning you can drink coffee or tea on the terrace behind the house, from where you can admire the garden and the courtyard. I had a lovely stay at Cristinel's place. The apartment is located in a quiet area. I appreciated the lock on the gate and the strict rules Crustinel has about visitors as they made me feel safe (as a woman traveling alone). There is a grocery store nearby, so it was very easy to buy and cook my own food. Best of all, the place is really affordable.

Everything was great!

The place is exceptional, everything is new. The apartment is super clean. Comfortable bed, quality laziness. Fully equipped kitchen with what you need. The area is new, residential complex, 10-15 min drive to the center of Iasi. We used Uber ( rides in the evening 7-8 min to the center Piata Unirii area, and the day maximum 15-20min if it is crowded. Food delivery services arrive at the location. Quiet area. The apartment has a quite big terrace for relaxation. Highly recommended. Andreea

Gabriel and K’s apartment was the best AirBnB I have stayed in. The entire place was impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C unit worked very well. Gabriel and K are extremely thoughtful: We had a nice welcome gift waiting for us upon arrival, the fridge was stocked with water and apples, there was plenty of espresso and delicious tea, shower gel, and many other bathroom toiletries.There is a smart TV for watching Netflix, the washer was efficient and quiet for cleaning our laundry, and they even supplied a clothes rack to hang them dry! (The washer is also a dryer, if needed :)) And, last but not least, the view from the window of the Iaşi city center is gorgeous! Great location (with parking at the apartment if you rent a car during your stay)—easy walk to the Palas Mall, restaurants…and there is a grocery store right around the corner! My fiancé and I have family in Iaşi, and when we visit, we will be booking with Gabriel and K!!!

I had a fantastic stay at Cristina’s place! The apartment was cosy, spotless, and felt just like home. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. What truly made the experience special was the host’s hospitality. They went above and beyond by doing groceries for me before my arrival, which was incredibly thoughtful and made settling in so much easier. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout my stay, and I felt genuinely welcomed. It's clear that the host puts a lot of care into making sure guests are comfortable. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located place with a wonderful host. Thanks for such a lovely experience!
