Locație foarte liniștită, vecini liniștiți zona rezidentiala cu acces imediat la magazine și mall ( 10 min de mers pe jos ). Se poate parca in fata casei, este sens unic cu foarte puțin trafic, strada luminata noaptea. Nu dispunem de aer conditionat, iarna temperatura interna medie este 21 grade. Camera principala are 4 X 3 m include canapea extensibila si o zona de gatit. Baia este privata. Aveti acces la conexiune la internet prin cablu direct, TV si Netflix.
