The apartment is located in the heart of downtown. On the quieter part of Piac Street called Gambrinus. The city center starts in front of the door. Everything you need to see and visit is at your fingertips, or the tram that passes in front of the house will take you there. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a patina downtown building built in 1800, where there is an elevator. Access to the apartment without a key will be provided using the codes outlined the day before the reservation.

Sétáló utca, villamos, éttermek, mozi, Fórum bevásárló központ gyalog megközelíthető pár perc alatt. A lakás teljesen új, minden kényelmet biztosít, jól felszerelt. Teremgarázsban parkolás egy autónak . A nyüzsgő belvárosi élet karnyújtásnyira van, a szálláshely viszont csendes belső udvarra néz, így biztosítva a nyugodt pihenést.Mindenkinek ideális!

Amazing apartment in the heart of downtown,free parking

If you want to feel at home in the heart of Debrecen, this spacious, pleasant, bright and clean apartment is the ideal choice for you. Located in the city center, a few meters from the main square with the Reformed Great Church. Leaving the house, you will find the city's most pleasant gastro main street with plenty of excellent cafes and restaurants and wine bars. The sights of the city are also a short walk away. The tram stop to Nagyerdő and the University is 100 metres away.

35 nm-es, felújított lakásunkban szeretettel várunk! A lakás egy tíz emeletes társasház második emeletén helyezkedik el, városközponthoz közeli, könnyen megközelíthető, de csendes helyen. A 2-es villamos vonalán található a Debrecen Plaza-tól 1, a Fórumtól 2 megállóra. Könnyen elérhető mind a vasútállomás és a debreceni Nagyerdő, Egyetemek is. A helyszínen ingyenes a parkolás! A kulcsok kulcsszéfben találhatóak, a vendégek adatait online regisztrálni szükséges! Dohányozni tilos!

Debrecen belvárosában, a Csonka templomtól pár méterre található modern apartmanunk egy klasszikus, polgári épületben ( Svetits-palota ). A kialakítás során a célunk az volt, hogy magas minőségű anyagok kiválasztásával biztosítsuk a maximális nyugalmat és kényelmet. A praktikum mellett a stílusos megjelenés is fontos volt. A lakás közvetlen környezetében is számtalan bár, étterem és kávézó megtalálható, ugyanakkor az apartman az épület csendes oldalán helyezkedik el.

Teljesen felszerelt, modern lakás, amely élőben is garantáltan olyan, mint a képeken. A lakás a 4. emeleten helyezkedik el, lift van. Igény esetén ingyenesen parkolást biztosítok. FONTOS: Kérlek ezt már foglaláskor jelezd, mert távirányítóval nyitható a sorompó! Wi-fi, Netflix elérhető a szálláshelyen. A lakóparkban étterem, kisbolt, gyógyszertár is található. Hajszárító, törölköző, tusfürdő, ágynemű, kávé és tea van a szálláshelyen, ezeket ne hozz magaddal!

Cozy apartment in the heart of Debrecen, I guarantee you can't even find better location in the city (everything within 200m). 40 m2 area, all yours, completely renewed in 2019, queen size bed + sofa bed for 2 kids, self check-in! IMPORTANT: The sofa bed (what you also see on the photos) is enough for 2 children, not adults. Unfortunately there is no way to show this on Airbnb, so bookings made by 4 adults will be cancelled. Thanks for understanding!

Nice, cozy 1 bedroom + living room apartment with balcony for rent on Gyöngyösi street. The apartment is on the ground floor, there is no elevator. Renovated and furnished, fully equipped. Parking is free. A few minutes from the University, downtown and the Great Forest are within a 15 - 20-minute walk. We don't rent apartments to prostitutes, professional friends and groups! Their appearance will result in a police report!

Csilla is one of the most pleasant hosts I have ever met during my travels. She responded quickly to all my messages, recommended programs, provided me with flexible arrival, and it was noticeably important to her that I felt good throughout my stay. The apartment is cozy, clean, with a comfortable large bed, a perfectly equipped kitchen, and excellent public transport. Of course, I can only recommend it to everyone.

This place to stay was declared an island of tranquility, but a dear reader, it's not just marketing-it's a reality. Because it is. There is a cricket background orchestra, all the tools you need for cooling, heating, cooking, you can come with a baby who will have a playground, high chair, baby bed. You can go to Csárda, go bathe in the nearby facilities, or you can go to Debrecen at the Aquapark, or go to Go Karting nearby, not far from the accommodation. You can read a book on the terrace, make a fire to bacon. 4 rooms, two bathrooms, a sauna, and a washing machine, actually “do what you want.” We also spent time with each other and sat down with the host in 3: sharing a little info and perspectives. Maybe this is the first place I thought we should really go back; chill, zen. Relax. For such a stressful, bustling person like me, he can definitely do good.
