Holiday rentals with a patio in Miramar

We had an amazing weekend! The apartment is very good, it has everything you need to be at home. The shower, the bed, TV with Netflix, flow, YouTube. The area is very nice, there are bars, markets, kioskos shops, everything! And very close to the sea. Daniela was always available and very friendly. We would definitely come back! And we will also recommend.

Highly recommended! It is half a block from two pedestrian streets, very central and easy to access. We went without a car and wanted a place that was comfortable and safe for us to get to with our children, and it was just what we were looking for. The apartment is very well maintained, you have all the kitchen utensils, towels and bedding in very good condition. Air and/or fan in the bedrooms and a very nice balcony!! Bruno's attention was a 10! We didn't even need to bother him during the week because everything worked perfectly and the building manager was super friendly. If I have to go back, I would definitely do it!!

It's a very nice and clean apartment, we were very surprised by the way we entered and the instructions were clear. We touched a bit cold inentro but it has heaters, it is well equipped. The only "but" that I would put would be that there was a lot of insistence on clarifying that the apartment was for 2 people, when I had already commented from the beginning in the request that we were coming from honeymoon, it felt like they were distrusting us but good. Otherwise everything was great. Cheers

The apartment is as shown in the photos, it is a very quiet neighborhood that has a hara when we went there was a horseback riding event that we could enjoy. The country area has a coto 5 minutes away with everything you need. Wifi is 10 points. Communication was always smooth and friendly, we will be back

Laura responds quickly and is available for questions or concerns. The apartment is really impeccable, very clean and with nice decor. It is very complete and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was good that Laura welcomed us before check-in time and allowed us to do late checkout too. Everything was perfect.

A great spot for extended stays in Mar De Plata. The beds are comfortable, and we were able to cook many meals at home. The walk to Playa Grande is easy and saves on taxis. Ignacio and his family are generous and responsive hosts and made our stay even better.

We spent some incredible days at Matías's house. It is super comfortable, and has everything you need to enjoy to the fullest a few days in this quiet area of Mar del Plata. I recommend it 100%.

the house is very clean, good distribution, comfortable, everything in good condition, well theme heating, ventilation, lighting and water pressure. parking inside, better than on the street always. obsolete socks, only air channels, it would be good to change for more modern smart type, greetings!!!

Excellent place, I highly recommend it. Hugo and his wife are wonderful people and anyone who comes to either of their 2 houses will feel at home but always accompanied for anything by these genius hosts. Don't hesitate to come and visit them, and you'll be delighted with their home.

The apartment is very comfortable in every way, due to the size and the location. We didn't use the amenities because of the time of year we went but surely in summer they add up a lot. Super recommended for two!!! Thank you

The apartment is located in a very good area, it is close to all the tourist places and the bus stations. It has everything you need to spend a few days and it is quite quiet to rest at night, I would definitely stay again in the same place.

Such a great apartment! It was perfect for family of 5 for a 2 week stay. Very spacious with a beautiful high end kitchen and a patio and terrace with a view of the lovely plaza Mitre My children loved being right next to plaza, there is so much for kids to do there! Walkable in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as good proximity to the beach. The building staff were always friendly and helpful and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Amazing place to feel at home. EVERYTHING you need. The first time I don't have to go buy a utensil. The communication with the person in charge was exceptional all the time. I definitely have the data for future trips to Mdq.
